Greenway Dodge Chrysler Jeep - Service Center

This was my second routine service on the Ram and the first time (not with Penni) when I brought it in I informed them of a problem with the puddle light in the mirror and they returned it telling me tha first time (not with Penni) when I brought it in I informed them of a problem with the puddle light in the mirror and they returned it telling me that the problem was resolved but later that same day I still had the same issue so I was not completely satisfied with the first service. This second service (w/Penni) I raised the same concern and in a couple of hours Penni called me outlining that the problem had been confirmed and that the part was ordered and they should have it in a few days. A few days later Penni called that the part was in and scheduled an appointment to complete the job. The job was completed promptly while I waited in a comfortable lounge with free snacks. Upon notification that the truck was ready and waiting outside I proceeded out to check the job. While inspecting I noticed a small mark or ding under the work area, catching Penni's attention I showed it to her and she responded that if I had a few more minutes she would have that corrected immediately and within 20-30 mins I had my truck back in perfect condition. This is the type of solid communication, no hassle, customer service that brings people back to the dealership. More

Was at Greenway Dodge from out of town on business, stopped in for quick service and an oil change. Was pleasently surprised how fast and how good my service was there. Penni Delgado was the the Service Rep that waited on me at my service visit on April 23, 2012. At the time of my visit I was on crutches. She always came to where I was seated to go over the service that day. On the way out, she opened all doors for me which was greatly appreciated. Penni Delgado has done an excellant job of helping me understand the service needs of the Caliber my son uses to attend school in Or Greenway Dodge. Wed 4/11/12 I called Kris about repair of bumper he said next day and install on Thursday, Kris never called he said part came in but it was wrong Kris said come in on Friday, Kris never called back so I ca next day and install on Thursday, Kris never called he said part came in but it was wrong Kris said come in on Friday, Kris never called back so I called, he said parts will be here on Monday, Monday I called Kris because Kris did not call me, He was to busy the receptionist said Kris told her the parts are here but its to late in the day we will do it Teusday morning, I told the receptionist I will drop off my truck today so he can start first thing in the morning. I drove 30 minutes to drop off my truck I just wanted to give the lady the key and she said wait you need to speak to Kris, Kris said you cant leave your truck overnight because Statefarm will lower there rating due to the excesive amount of time taken on the repair. I have been waiting 7 days with ZERO CALL BACKS, WRONG PARTS ORDERED AND NOW YOU ARE MORE WORRIED ABOUT WHAT STATE FARM THINKS ABOUT YOUR FAST SERVICE INSTEAD OF ALL THE AGERVATION I HAVE BEEN THROUGH FOR GET ABOUT THIS JOB AND I LEFT. I CALLED STATE FARM THEY SAID WE DONT WANT THE CARS LEFT OVER THE WEEKEND BUT DURING THE WEEK IS OK, WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON. I CALLED DON THE SO CALLED MANAGER AND HE SAID THAT WAS THE POLICY BUT HE WOULD MAKE A CHANGE JUST FOR ME, I TOLD HIM STATE FARM SAID THAT WAS NOT THERE POLICY ONLY FOR OVER THE WEEKEND NOT DURING THE WEEK AND FUTHERMORE WHY ARE YOU NOT THINKING ABOUT MY TIME, I WAITED A WEEK FOR THE PARTS. THINK ABOUT THIS IF GREENWAY IS SO CONCERNED ABOUT HOW FAST THEY GET YOU CAR OR TRUCK OUT OF THE SHOP HOW GOOD OF A JOB ARE THEY GOING TO DO. DONT TRUST GREENWAY THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU ONLY STATE FARM OR INSURANCE COMPANIES. GREENWAY SERVICE IS THE WORST, THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK, THEY DONT CARE WHAT YOU MUST GO THROUGH ONLY WHAT THERE TIME SHEET SAYS TO STATE FARM. I RECOMMEND NO ONE TO GO TO THIS DEALER FOR ANY THING BODY SHOP, REPAIR, SALES OR EVEN THE BATHROOM, I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE SPENT SO MUCH MONEY WITH A DEALER($140,000) AND RECEIVED SO MUCH HARDSHIP TRYING TO GET MY CAR OR TRUCK FIXED, NEVER WILL I GO BACK, NEVER WOULD I RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO THIS DEALER THEY GO OUT OF THERE WAY TO MAKE IT A BAD EXPERIENCE. I WILL CONTACT DODGE AND MAKE A FORMAL COMPLAINT. I HAVE PURCHASED A Jeep cherokee, DODGE CHARGER, JEEP COMMANDER AND DODGE RAM AND THIS WILL BE MY VERY VERY VERY LAST DODGE, CHRYSLER, JEEP PRODUCT I WILL EVER OWN FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE BECAUSE OF GREENWAY DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP ORLANDO FL. UPDATE:I contacted Chrysler and let them know what poor service of Greenway what else can you do, I know never buy from Greenway or Chrysler I went to CENTRAL FLORIDA COLISION CT to have the repair completed it took only one day great service they even came to my house to give me a ride back check these guys out for you body work before Greenway you may be glad you did.
