I am very careful with my maintenance. There was a sticker with the date of the last oil changed performed . Most likely it was a reset matter that it was never done. Dissapointing The airbag light indicator was also on You would expect a suggestion , a comment , something from the technician. Result ? None not even a recommendation The driver side harness unit was damaged , online price ? Around 120.00. Dealership quote : 520.00. Do you think that you would be encouraged to spend that money in a place that you simply do not trust It is a pity that a domestic brand is losing so much customer base to foreign brands Will I buy a dodge product on the future ? No What did I buy it in the first place ? Will finish to pay it in 24 months instead of 72 which is an abusive loan which should also be illegal and dealers should not exist in the first place What would I expect ? Someone from corporate caring about his job to contact me , offer a sincere apology and do something about the airbag light and the oil change notification More

What a joke. I received a coupon the same day for 10% off service. The email said we missed you and your truck needs an oil change. When was time to pay i pressented the coupon and the cashier had no clue what to do and had to ask for help and seemed like nobody knew and they finally told me I needed to present in begging and doesn’t work on oil changes. They also said its only a couple of bucks anyway. WELL then if was only a couple of bucks you should have given to me instead of leaving me feeling tricked and unlikely to come back. But dont worry i will tell everyone i know. Ridiculous. More

I asked for a quote on a 2” hitch receiver to enable me to put a cargo rack on the back of m Greenway Jeep Dodge engages in deceptive sales practices. I asked for a quote on a 2” hitch receiver to enable me to put a cargo rack on the back of my Jeep. I showed Royce Thompson and a man in parts a picture of the cargo rack from the Quadratic website. I couldn’t have been clearer on what I wanted. Royce Thompson gave me a quote for the hitch receiver and a wiring harness. It was presented in a manner that led me to believe it was a package. I don’t know a lot about cars... I have never put a hitch receiver on or owned anything towable. I thought that I must need to have a wiring harness with a hitch receiver for it to be legal. Again the wiring harness was presented to me as a package. I agreed to have the receiver and the wiring harness installed which involves 4 hours of labor for a cost of over $900. After thinking about it I googled “Do I need a wiring harness with a hitch receiver?” It was clear that I didn’t need to have the wiring harness installed. After discussion with Royce Thompson I only had the hitch receiver put on. The cost of service was $660. At no time did I indicate I would be towing anything. I was almost sold something I didn’t want or ask for. The big deception was in how it was presented. It was presented as a package not as a separate optional purchase to a hitch receiver. I will be filing a complaint with the Florida Attorney General’s office. Your organization is not honest, fair or decent. The sales practices that you engage in need to be known. I can only imagine how many people are taken advantage of. Needless to say, I will take my business elsewhere. More

Joel Hernandez and porters Joel Hernandez was my service advisor and he did great. He kept me updated throughout the whole service of my vehicle and overall was extemely helpful Joel Hernandez was my service advisor and he did great. He kept me updated throughout the whole service of my vehicle and overall was extemely helpful. He got me in and out as smoothly as possible and I will definately be a returning customer of his. The porters were also extremely kind and helpful and made things very convenient for me. I was even provided with a complimentary car wash and they did fantastic. I spoke to two of the porters and they were fine hard working young men, I believe their names were Nick and Rey if I'm not mistaking. My experience at Greenway due to these these hard workers was extravagant and next time, I won't be so down about my next service appointment. More
