I personally heard a receptionist lie to a caller who was looking for their service agent. The receptionist placed them on hold, asked the agent if they wanted to take the call. Agent said no and receptionist told caller agent was not there. If you lie about the little stuff, the big stuff is no problem. 2. Bait and Switch. Took my car in. These "professionals" charged me to fix it. I take it home, it's not fixed. Bring it back and they want to recharge me to fix it because "they didnt really know what was wrong the 1st time". 3. Negligence. They misdiagnosed my issue. I took my vehicle to another reputable and licensed mechanic. 1. He educated me that I was scammed. The dealership had the equipment necessary to diagnose my original issue accurately vs throwing parts at it to get more money out of me. 2. Due to their misdiagnosis, all the parts they replaced were damaged and I had to rebuy it. 4. No accountability. When they make an error, they will not own up to it. They go from all smiles to avoiding you at all costs! More

Poorly Handled Service Appointment After I was told my service contract “couldn’t be found” I tried to explain to Sean Amboy that my lease agreement also has a service agreement. He made no effort to assist me in locating the information in their system, all he had to do was make a phone call, which he didn’t even offer to do. (I walked over to the sales and information area across the street and did it myself). He made it very clear he was not interested in hearing what I had to say, and told me I had to “sign” before he would honor the appointment I had made days in advance. He stated I had to “agree to pay”. I tried to explain I had already paid, by means of my service agreement, but that wasn’t good enough. He advised me he wasn’t moving my vehicle for service until I agreed to pay. By then I was getting pretty upset. What did he think I was going to do exactly? I asked him if he intended to honor my appointment, and he said once “you agree to payment “. Wow....it’s not my fault if they can’t find their service agreements. He offered no assistance whatsoever, and when I returned from the sales department WITH my PRINTED agreement in hand, he then tried to tell me..”well, this doesn’t cover your tire rotations....”. It was printed in BOLD, black and white, that it did, which I had to once again assist him in recognizing. My appointment was at 11am. I was not checked out until 2pm. 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation.....this was an extremely poor display of service by Dodge. I am very disappointed with the less than professional service and treatment I received today. More

Poor customer service Worst place ever for vehicles services....was told I did not need an appointment for an oil change.....upon arrival I sat in my car waiting for an adv Worst place ever for vehicles services....was told I did not need an appointment for an oil change.....upon arrival I sat in my car waiting for an advisor to come, after 5+ minutes of sitting and only 2 other cars in the bay who were already serviced.... I decided to walk in to get service, once inside I asked the 1st man I saw if I can get an oil change....he told me to wait in my car, someone will be with me..... went back to my car and WAITED! Much to my surprise, no one ever came out after 15 mins of SITTING, as if I didn’t have other things to do, I LEFT.... I swear, if my service contract wasn’t with them, I would never go back, I do NOT recommend this place at all service is very poor, very rude and inconsiderate, ugh! Oh and by the way, called to speak to the service manager and was left on hold for mins, before operator came back and said he was busy, GO FIGURE! Service Departnent Do not do business with Greenway Dodge Chrysler Jeep. I took my vehicle in for a routine oil change on 02/07/18. As the service was being completed I Do not do business with Greenway Dodge Chrysler Jeep. I took my vehicle in for a routine oil change on 02/07/18. As the service was being completed I was approached by the service advisor David Pittman, who informed me that part of their service is a multi point vehicle inspection. He stated that according to his technician Adolfo Falcon, my air filter needed replacement. I explained to David that my air filter was replaced less than 3000 miles ago and I declined the added service of having it changed. He told me he would go check on it personally. Minutes later he returns to tell me that after his personal inspection it was indeed “a little dirty”. I pay for my oil change and head home. On my way home I notice that on acceleration it sounds like my muffler was disconnected. I do not have any aftermarket exhaust parts so the difference was extremely evident. I pulled over to inspect my vehicle. I popped my hood to find that my air filter box was completely apart (Pictures attached). Retainer clips were missing from the air filter box that they neglected to put back together. I inspected my air filter to ensure it was in good operating condition, which of course it was considering it was new. Greenway Dodges neglect in taking proper care of my vehicle made second guess all the work they performed just minutes prior. Not only did they attempt to up-sale me on unnecessary services and parts, they also showed extreme carelessness in the quality of their work. It makes me question their professionalism and ethics. If they can let something as simple as an open air filter box slide out the bays of their service department, then imagine the less obvious things they are letting drive off of their lot. Due to greenway dodges negligence in the most simple of tasks, I will never purchase, get service, or recommend anybody to due business with this dealership again. More

CONSUMER BEWARE !!!! If you want honest and reliable service, DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!! The reason that dealerships get a bad wrap is due to the manipulation !!!! If you want honest and reliable service, DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!! The reason that dealerships get a bad wrap is due to the manipulation and dishonesty of those that do not take pride in what they do. I had faithfully taken my car here for routine maintenance and tune ups. My car starts getting hot one morning and as we (consumers) are trained to do, I drive it over to the dealership so they can see what's going on. They keep my car for 4 days and "diagnose" the problem. They then come back and tell me that they fixed the problem and charge me $1100. I'm assuming they weren't lying, so we paid the money and picked up my car. The next day I'm driving again and the car starts to get hot!!! To avoid the dealership assuming I did something wrong, I have the car towed to the dealership this time. When they take a look at the car they now say that it's a bad heating coil and they want to charge me MORE money. The best part is that they said they can't guarantee me that it won't over heat because they don't know what caused the overheating in the first place. Classic! I ask to speak to the manager and that was pointless. I ask to speak with Chrystler headquarters and it seems the saying "thick as thieves" would be appropriate. Fed up and frustrated, I have the car towed home until I could get a second opinion. I ask friends and family for a referral and take the car to a local mechanic. He not only discovers the TRUE problem with the car ( a bad gasket on the engine) but ALSO DISCOVERS that there is a recall on my car for the SAME problem I was experiencing. I begged my husband to take the car to another Chrystler dealership, but due to convenience he takes it back to this dealership (WORST MISTAKE EVER). They come back and charge me $150 to look at the engine and then claim that it's not covered under the warranty bc it was caused due to overheating!!!! Their excuses get more and more ridiculous and then they try to charge me $5500 to replace the parts I already paid for and fix the pieces that were supposed to be included on the recall. I ask them to put the car nack to how it was when it was delivered to them and they claim they cant put it back together unless i fix it there. This dealership is dishonest and I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE do business here. I have filed a formal complaint with the consumers dept in Tallahassee. Excellent Service Department I found Greenway Dodge Ram’s service department to be very helpful to my needs, Stanley was very knowledgeable, efficient, professional and courteous. I found Greenway Dodge Ram’s service department to be very helpful to my needs, Stanley was very knowledgeable, efficient, professional and courteous. My 30 thousand service was very extensive and complicated and he kept me appraised of what was happening and what to expect. Upon completion my 2012 Ram drove like a new truck. I highly recommend Greenway Dodge RAM. More
