Scam! Brought the car to the dealer at 730. Started work at 1120. Then he said I had a emissions leak that would cost 650 to fix. Looked up the part and wit Brought the car to the dealer at 730. Tons of knowledge on how to rip you off. More

Worst service experience in 40 years Took son-in-law 2016 Jeep Patriot in for no start ... son-in-law in Navy and left vehicle with me while on deployment ... wouldn’t start 2 weeks ago w Took son-in-law 2016 Jeep Patriot in for no start ... son-in-law in Navy and left vehicle with me while on deployment ... wouldn’t start 2 weeks ago when he returned ... Greenway was recommended by a local service manager after he spoke directly with Brian the Greenway service manager ... I also contacted Jeep Wave (who have been great!) to see what could be done as the vehicle was so close to its warranty mileage and it is for an active enlisted Navy sailor ... Jeep Wave corporate contacted Brian to see about Goodwill consideration on repairs as vehicle is 2 1/2 years old and just under 40k so out of warranty ... per Wave rep, Brian refused their request and stuck to his original quote ... Bottom line ... after going in person to appeal what could be done with Brian personally, we spent almost $750 to replace a TIPM and PCM ... took 5 calendar days to fix ... took 2 days to diagnose ... then several missed delivery days/times ... now vehicle is bucking upon acceleration ... no test drive performed even though the vehicle was 7 hours late from original promised delivery ... vehicle’s system was supposedly reprogrammed by Greenway so they would talk and perform correctly ... when I called Brian about the bucking he said “I fixed the no start” so I need to pay another diagnostic fee ... they didn’t test drive vehicle despite it being ready hours later than promised ... taking the vehicle to another dealer that believes it is an issue with the system and module reprogramming done ... if I have to pay another diagnostic fee I will pay anyone else than Greenway I also own a 2009 Mustang we bought at their Greenway Ford sister dealership as well as a 2010 Jeep Wrangler and I will never deal with Greenway again for a purchase or service! I brought it to their collision center as I was already familiar with their sales staff. HUGE MISTAKE. Chrysler is such a joke and this location has had ZERO customer service. I have been without my car for almost 2 MONTHS!! For a different excuse every single time I call.. “they were shipped the wrong parts” or “we only have one mechanic and he is hitting overtime so it’ll have to wait” and lay blame everywhere other than themselves. I have to personally call them to get any updates and I am still without my car. My 30day rental expired through my insurance and they wouldn’t compensate a rental car as my car still wasn’t ready. So they offered to “go in half” with the rental car. GO IN HALF!? I am a customer.. and I also work in customer service. I would NEVER ask that of a customer to spend their money for a situation where my workplace was to blame. Every estimated and confirmed date of completion has been pushed back, creating and time off request at my place of business an absolute joke. Do not shop here. Do not get your car fixed here. An utter disgrace of customer service and compassion from the entire collision center team. Heed my warning please More
incredibly dissapointed Collision shop was tasked to fix my suspension from an accident. My car is still steering off center. Brought it back. Horrible experience From one consumer to another, do not take your vehicle here. Take it ANYWHERE else. 1. Dishonest associates. I personally heard a receptionist lie to a caller who was looking for their service agent. The receptionist placed them on hold, asked the agent if they wanted to take the call. Agent said no and receptionist told caller agent was not there. If you lie about the little stuff, the big stuff is no problem. 2. Bait and Switch. Took my car in. These "professionals" charged me to fix it. I take it home, it's not fixed. Bring it back and they want to recharge me to fix it because "they didnt really know what was wrong the 1st time". 3. Negligence. They misdiagnosed my issue. I took my vehicle to another reputable and licensed mechanic. 1. He educated me that I was scammed. The dealership had the equipment necessary to diagnose my original issue accurately vs throwing parts at it to get more money out of me. 2. Due to their misdiagnosis, all the parts they replaced were damaged and I had to rebuy it. 4. No accountability. When they make an error, they will not own up to it. They go from all smiles to avoiding you at all costs! More
