I was shopping Central Florida for a Dodge Sprinter Cargo Van for the last couple of months. Before dealing with Doug & Sam at Greenway I would say my prior 'dealer' experiences were less than desirable. T Van for the last couple of months. Trying to get me in repeatedly to present the 'deal' in another manner which still was no deal as the price was NOT what I was willing to pay. Then I called and spoke with Doug. He flatly said that we should be able to work a deal over the phone if possible so I wouldn't have to drive 120 miles round trip just to experience the same old deal and re-deal tactic. He also send me anything (by fax) that I requested including quotes and suggested I could take them to another dealer to compare shop. A few days later I had an appointment near the dealership so I just dropped in to look at the Sprinters. Doug wasn't in that day and Sam stepped up to the plate. He answered all my questions and wasn't trying any pressure sales tactics. All of this reassured me that the 'posts' I had read about Greenway were genuine and I could expect honest service from this dealership. Thankfully Doug called the next day and we were able to come to an agreeable price on my Sprinter. I was exactly what I wanted at the price I was willing to pay. I told both Doug and Sam that their attitudes were a direct reflection of the owner of Greenway Dodge as I believe a crew is a direct reflection of a ships Captain. I didn't rate the quality of work because I have not used the service department yet. But I can't imagine it is going to be of any lesser quality since the sum of ALL the parts equals the whole. And I will travel the 120 miles RT to have my Sprinter serviced at GREENWAY! More

The service rendered by the personnel working in this department has always been professional, courteous, on time, and there have never been any hidden fees or additional cost other than what was discussed up front. Andy Taylor who is my service manager is to be commended for his due diligence, attention to detail, and his uncompromising way in which he handles business. Walter (last name?) the mechanic who is generally assigned to my vehicle is a highly skilled craftsman and also very professional while being personable. Although I’ve had a few minor issues with my vehicle Walter has always taken just the right amount of time to fix the vehicle right. As a CISSP my time is extremely precious, and I am appreciative of the provided atmosphere in the waiting area plus the ability to work and have internet access, has helped me not to lose valuable productive time, while my vehicle is in for repair or service. I would also like to express my gratitude for to Tim Hutker, and Vince Penman for also contributing to my overall positive experience with Greenway Dodge Chrysler Jeep Service Department. These guys have an exceptional attitude. Although I did not purchase my Jeep from them, I was treated as though I had been a customer for years. I initially expected my experience there would be like bein not purchase my Jeep from them, I was treated as though I had been a customer for years. I initially expected my experience there would be like being treated like a number, with a service crew bent on getting into my pocket and not providing what I paid too much for (past experiences). I was pleasantly surprised that a “mega” dealer (Ford, Dodge, Jeep, u-name it…) would treat me more like a friend and never quibbled about my expectations. I have been coming to Greenway Dodge Chrysler for over four years now to service my vehicle which I purchased at this wonderful dealership. I have always found the service there to be very good, and one person in particular deserves special recognition. The best service representative I have ever worked with by far, is Mr. Andy Taylor. I have always found him to be courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. He always goes above and beyond for his customers. He takes the time to review records and make recommendations; and if there is a way to help save the customer some money, he will be sure to point that out too. He seems to take pride in keeping himself up-to-date with what the latest Chrysler has to offer as well as with knowing what service my vehicle should have and when. These service reps are on the front lines in dealing with customers, so their importance to maintaining current customers and with creating new customers is critical to the Greenway Team. When our car had to be serviced three times in an 18 month period for the same electrical problems due to a defective part each time (thus the "good" rating for work, even though the work was excellent, month period for the same electrical problems due to a defective part each time (thus the "good" rating for work, even though the work was excellent, the parts obviously were not), both these gentlemen excelled in positive customer service, providing a car rental for the full time the car was in the shop both for the second and third repairs and covering the deductible for the warranty on the repeat repairs without hesitation. It is definitely worth noting, one of the most important aspects of their high rating was that they each maintained attitudes that were always kind and gracious in our interactions, since an act done with a pleasant attitude is the only one truly deserving of praise. I always had a distinct impression that their goal was everyone who left their place of business under their watch should be leaving in a safe and reliable car which had been serviced to the best of their ability. I would recommend going to Sam for anyone that hates the traditional car buying experience. I called Sam after getting the run around from a couple other dealers. When another dealer didn't have the car I wanted the guy tried to sell me a PT Cruiser, very annoying and a waste of my time. Sam was completely different, I called him up and explained what I was looking for and the price range I was looking in. I came in that day and went through the routine couple of hours of paperwork and was out the door in my new 300! I love the car and the experience, I fully expected this to be a multi-day marathon of arguing and running around for documentation but it was a pleasure to work with Sam. If the idea of haggling over price scares you go to Sam, he came from a Midwest background so he is friendly, polite and customer oriented. I should know as a Wisconsin native. This was my first new car buying experience and I would go back to him next time. More

I purchased my previous car (a Toyota Scion) from a female salesperson, and I thought that dealing with a female salesperson was the only work with. Sam was quick to provide a fair price on the 2009 Dodge Avenger that I purchased, via email, where other dealerships only wanted to play games. Rarely in any field these days is good service provided... However, in this case, Sam and his team provided GREAT service, making good on all committments, including the delivery of promised floor mats the day after the sale was completed. Even my wife was pleased with the experience, so much so, that she purchased a Dodge Caliber the same night! I think she really appreciated Sam's attentiveness and genuine interaction with her, especially since her past experiences haven't been so great. Thanks Sam! Thanks Greenway! We love our new cars!!
