My son and myself went to browse some trucks for my husband who could not meet us at the dealership due to work. Granted my son is only 2, so I was not to thrilled to be browsing for trucks with a bus husband who could not meet us at the dealership due to work. Granted my son is only 2, so I was not to thrilled to be browsing for trucks with a busy little boy!! However, Ben Carson jumped right in, greeted us and took the time to show the various trucks that the dealership had to offer. Long story short, Ben gave such great service compared to other dealers we had gone to, and we ended up purchasing a truck! Excellent attitude, patience, and drive to get the sale done! I went to Greenway Dodge Chrysler Jeep to get service on my wife's Jeep and to look for a new car for myself, my last car having given up the ghost a few days earlier. While waiting for the service to be co my wife's Jeep and to look for a new car for myself, my last car having given up the ghost a few days earlier. While waiting for the service to be complete on one car my wife and I met up with Kevin Marleton and went to work looking at their stock. After a brief discussion to review exactly what I was looking for, despite not having it on their lot, Kevin located and acquired what I wanted from another dealership. At that point I was fully prepared to sign all the paperwork and come back for the car when it was delivered in two days but Kevin, knowing that I needed a car, actually drove over to get it from the other dealer and bring it back. While this might seem like a ploy to guarantee a sale I was already fully willing to come back in a day to pick up the car and would be buying it there anyway. This is the kind of helpfulness and service that will keep me coming back to Greenway again and again for my car needs. Everyone at Greenway and Kevin in particular were extremely helpful and courteous in our search for a new car. I must say that this by far was the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle and I applaud Greenway and most certainly Kevin Marleton for their dedication to customer service. They will be getting my business and if I have anything to say about it my friends business from this point on. More
My Chrysler Sebring dashboard light went out and I brought it in for service thinking I needed an appointment for it. I was told it would take three days to get the dashboard cluster in and within th brought it in for service thinking I needed an appointment for it. I was told it would take three days to get the dashboard cluster in and within three days, I was called that the part was in and your service department fixed it the same day. When your service department was fixing the cluster, they noticed the clock in the vehicle wasn't working and fix that also. I was extremely happy that in addition to the cluster being that the clock was also fixed at the same time. More
Arrive from Pennsylvania and didn't know where to get my car serviced. Saw Greenway on Colonial Drive and went to your service department. I was looking to get a wheel alignment on my car and thought I would have to wait a week or two weeks for an appointment but to my surprise, I was taken in the same day without an appointment. I was given a lift home from the dealership and I was called once the car was finished. The dealership picked me up to pickup my car. I was very satisifed with the wheel alignment and have brought my other car in for service. I would highly recommend this dealership for their courteous and prompt service. More

I felt at ease in dealing with her and she was extremely helpful with any questions. There were several people with me and she was so nice to each and everyone of us. We were all blown away by the experience we had with this dealership and their employees. We left there happy and confident in the purchase we had made. I brought my Chrysler 300 to their Service Department because the air conditioning was not working. Don was my service adviser. There was some confusion about when the vehicle was ready to be picked up, and I expressed my concerns to Jimmy the service manager. Jimmy expressed his apologies and took care of my concerns quickly and completely. I live a long distance from the dealership, I work long hours, and my pregnant wife and 2-year old son rely on the car for transportation. We were unable to pick-up the vehicle when it was ready. Jimmy had the vehicle washed, vacuumed, filled up with gas, he had the oil changed, and had the car delivered to my home. The true test of customer service is not how the business deals with "business as usual," but rather, how they deal with challenges. Jimmy reminded my why we will continue to bring our business to Greenway. More
