To begin my search, I phoned and visited about 8-10 dealerships during about 6 months. This 6 months of searching provided me the opportunity to observe dealers & sales personel when I "DID NOT" make a purchase before walking off of the lot. My search for the BEST auto I could afford educated me greatly as to the different types of dealerships as well as the sales people. Believe me, THERE IS A DIFFERENCE!!! As a "challenged buyer" (poor credit & self employed) the treatment I received ranged from truly courteous to being told "If you are not here to purchase, I have other customers waiting). From the very first contact by phone to the internet sales department at Greenway Jeep, I was treated with the utmost respect and a sincere desire on the part of sales person, TAMMY GAGNON, to find the best deal for ME that she could. Tammy was professional, she listened to my preferences for a vehicle as well as details of my financial situation. Throughout this time, Tammy maintained a "SINCERELY" optomistic & positive attitude. Although I was not certain when I would purchase, and indeed it was approx.(6) months from my first conversation with Tammy until I signed the deal, she kept in touch without any pressure. When I WAS ready to purchase, Tammy worked diligently to make my purchase experience great. I have purchased 6 vehicles from Erik over the past nine years, starting at Southside Dodge in Kissimmee, and following him up to Greenway. I keep coming back to him because, unlike most car sales people, he actually listens to what you need and want. He then reccomends a vehicle that suits my (or my family's) needs. For my latest vehicle, I came in thinking I wanted a Charger. After talking to me for a few minutes, he reccomended a Chrysler Town and Country. He did not "push" it on me, but reccomended it, based on what I said I needed in a vehicle. He then showed my why it suited my needs better then a Charger. He offered to let me drive both, and as usual, he had my best intrests in mind. I bought a minivan that was 2,000 less then the Charger I thought I wanted. He could have been a typical sales person and just take a quick easy sale, but he looked out for me. This is why I keep going back to Erik. In addition, when I have a question or problem Erik is always there for me. He even gave my son some advice last year on a vehicle he was purchasing in Texas (knowing full well he was not going to get a sale). I can not begin to express all the assistance Erik has given to me over the past nine years. More

This was the best car buying experience ever! I chose Greenway Dodge and Ben Carson based on the positive feedback on dealer rater.com. I visited 2 local dealerships before going to greenway. They were not certified dealers and I could tell from my visit that customer service was not a priority. Ben made my Jeep buying experience easy. I negotiated the APR,fair market value for my trade and pricing for the new jeep before ever making the 100 mile roundtrip to greenway. I gave Ben a description of my dream Jeep including every option and the after market modification. I still odnt know how but he found me a jeep that matched the exact description. I arranged for the modification to be performed by Patrick Booyd from Dealership Customizing Consultants, INC (DCC) Patrick performed a suspension lift, step bars and wheel/ tire package that exceeded my expectations. Both Patrick and Ben not only met my expectation but exceeded them. When I arrived to pick up my Jeep everything was as we discussed over the phone, no hidden surprises. Even the financing person was excellent! I can easily recommend Greenway Dodge and DCC. Thanks guys! More
