My husband and I looked at every price without high pressure sales tactics then look no further then Greenway Dodge Chrysler Jeep and TAMMY GAGNON. My husband and I looked at every Dodge dealership within 50 miles of our home. We compared dealership's inventories and prices. We spoke to several sales reps. We watched the inventory selections of each dealership for two months via the internet. Greenway Dodge always had a bigger selection and lower prices than the others. However, we wanted to get the "best deal" available. We canvassed the dealership’s internet sales reps. TAMMY GAGNON stood out above the others. She kept in contact with us until we were ready to make the purchase. Once we decided to make the purchase we called her personally to schedule a test drive. Giving her only my name, she instantly knew who I was and was able to recall details of what vehicle, color, and options that we were looking for. This assured me that she was there to help me, and not just responding to global emails, but could she and Greenway pass the price test? Absolutely! They were able to get us a better price than we expected. We are very pleased with our car buying experience. Everyone at Greenway Dodge Chrysler was professional, pleasant, and never pushing or over-bearing. My Daughter needed a car. We decided on the 2006 jeep liberty. We met with Sherman. He is the most friendly,and helpful guy. He did not push us. He answered every question we had. I purchased two new vehicles from Greenway Dodge within six months of each other. Little did I know that when I purchased the second vehicle they dropped the registration on the first, and transferred its six months of each other. Little did I know that when I purchased the second vehicle they dropped the registration on the first, and transferred its plate to the second. So, six months down the road, a police officer ran my tag, and pulled me over. There I sat in an unregistered vehicle with the improper tag on it. Luckily no arrest was made, but I was assigned a mandatory court date. Greenway fixed the issue immediately, but I still had to stand before a judge. For whatever reason, I was offered a plea bargain (which I declined). They eventually agreed to help pay my lawyer fees, after great harassment and threats of a civil suit if they did not agree. I'm happy they eventually helped resolve the issue, but I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership again. The headaches far outweighed the benefits. --Later, after printing the above review, Greenway's General Manager contacted my lawyer and stated that they would not work with me, or pay court costs unless I retracted my previous account. I did not like being forced into that position, but did so believing that if I agreed, they would follow through with what they stated they would do and I could end this ordeal. After doing so they did pay for my lawyer fees, but did not appear in court as I believed that they would. I thank them for doing the right thing in paying for their mistake, but am disappointed they did not bother to show up to court. The charges were dropped, though it took nearly 4 months of headaches. I was unaware that a company that asks for honest reviews would ask a wronged customer to remove the reviews that they ask for. More
