Ramon was awesome. Really enjoyed a very laid back dealer. Don't like pushy sales people that stalk you. He went with us on our tour and just let us circulate as we wanted. Before my son recommended Greenway's service department, I used another service department and the overwhelming aggravation and incomplete service, not to mention the waste of my time -- was totally unbearable. THANK GOD for Penni, Jimmy (the service manager), Tom, Dave and all the folks at Greenway Chrysler Service Department. They are totally fabulous to work with in determining my vehicle's needs and always steering me in the right direction so that my service visits are short and to the point. I particularly like that I can schedule an appointment without delays or excuses. Everyone I have come into contact with at this service department is an absolute asset to the dealership. I would HIGHLY recommend all my family and friends to partake of this wonderful experience. I have always been treated with respect and I have received prompt and courteous service. For this review I would like to commend Mr. Andy Taylor who is my assigned service manager. An organization is only as good as the people working there, and I can safely say that the service department is staffed with some of the most courteous and professional people that I have ever had the pleasure of encountering, which includes Andy Taylor. I am a hard working professional managing a multitude of different projects with a large number of personnel committed to the completion of those projects so my time is very precious. From the time I call Andy to the time my vehicle is ready for pickup, I know that Andy is doing everything that he can to assure that my vehicle will be ready for pick up at the promised time. Even when things don’t always go as planned Andy is always there making sure that everything that can possibly be done, is being accomplished to ensure the minimal amount of down time. Because my time is limited I appreciate the due diligence that Andy put into his job so that I can get back to mine. In this day and age of computers and please press 1, I am happy that Greenway Dodge Chrysler Jeep still puts a human touch to their approach not only on customer service, but also customer satisfaction. I've always had nothing but outstanding service from Greenway Dodge Chrysler Jeep! My son's Dodger Charger had a broken parking break release lever. They replaced this, fixed a broken window switch they found, balanced a wheel that had lost a weight, and called me to let me know the oil change was overdue and check to see if I wanted it done. Two days ago I visited Greenway Dodge Chrysler Jeep for the purpose of changing my brake pads, and I was amazed by the kind of customer service that I received. As I arrived at the dealership, Ms Penni Couch, my adviser, approached me in a kindly manner. After taking a look at my brakes, she immediately advised me with the best case scenario, taking into account the best quality and my personal taste. She was very impressive and knowledgeable. She displayed a great sense of professionalism. Furthermore, she was active and constantly provided me with updates, which made me feel like I was part of the whole process. I want to take the time to say thanks to her for taking care of my car in such timely fashion. Nicely done and keep up the good work! More
A AAA man kindly reccomanded I have my car towed to Greenway Dodge as my broken part would be under warranty. That was my first great news to an unfortunate start of my day. As the day went on I communicated with Andy several times before the final call that the repair job had been completed AT NO COST TO ME. Andy was friendly and kind, he made me feel my car was in good hands and the job would be completed in timely fashion. And it was. Upon zrriving to pick up the car, I was greeted/directed to cashier and a driver brought my car to me. The whole experience was pleasant and professional. It is a long drive from my home but was glad I took the AAA man's advice. I will certainly return if I need a Chrysler Dealer in the future. More
My friend and I walked into the dealership and purchased 2 vehicles. A month later one of us never received our permanent tag leaving the temporary tag to expire. When I returned to the dealership to receive my tag, I found out the vehicle tag information form in which I was instructed that the appropriate box was not available to check, was later filled out from the dealership after my signature was completed. As a result, I was told I owe $190.00 more for the tag. They were later telling me they thought I was transfering a tag even though I was issued a temporary tag at the time of purchase. I am filing a complaint regarding these practices to the Attorney General with the Stare of Florida. More
I purchased my car on 6-3-10. The starting price was $11880. After $1000 trade-in and a $2000 down payment (Total should be $8880) they claim I still owe them over $13000!!! If you actually manage to get someone on the phone, nobody in their finance department has any idea what is going on at any time. The "Finance Manager" is always busy and WILL NOT meet with you, talk to you, or contact you in any way. I had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because of their complete lack of customer service, and their charging me way more than for my car than what we originally agreed on. If you decide to make a purchase from this dealership, make sure you triple check every single document you sign and get the correct price, or these people will absolutely screw you. This has been a complete burden on my life, my money, and my credit. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!? More
What is the definition of an extraordinary servive advisor? His name is Dave Cogle. He exemplifies what a five star service department is. He listens while you explain your problem and only when you are finished does he then give his opinion. I had a problem with my air bag light and he had it diagnosed and ordered the parts to fix it. As soon as they came in, he had the work completed. I drove off and about 1/4 of a mile later my car began to overheat. Turned right around and brought it back to Dave who did not blink an eye and sent it right back to service without me waiting. When the diagnosis came back that my water pump was going bad and starting to leak, he ordered the parts, gave me a rental car and once again when the parts came in, he expedited the repair. All was covered under my extended warranty and I thank Jimmy Nadeau for advising me to take a new one after the old extended warranty ran out. I have never had a bad experience with Greenway. My only regret is that you can not give it bonus stars to enhance their reputation. By the way the technician had gotten my car a little dirty with smudges and hand prints on the body of the car. Guess what, they had my car washed and waiting for me when I picked it up. More
