I purchased my car on 6-3-10. The starting price was $11880. After $1000 trade-in and a $2000 down payment (Total should be $8880) they claim I still owe them over $13000!!! If you actually manage to get someone on the phone, nobody in their finance department has any idea what is going on at any time. The "Finance Manager" is always busy and WILL NOT meet with you, talk to you, or contact you in any way. I had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because of their complete lack of customer service, and their charging me way more than for my car than what we originally agreed on. If you decide to make a purchase from this dealership, make sure you triple check every single document you sign and get the correct price, or these people will absolutely screw you. This has been a complete burden on my life, my money, and my credit. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!? More

He listens while you explain your problem and only when you are finished does he then give his opinion. I had a problem with my air bag light and he had it diagnosed and ordered the parts to fix it. As soon as they came in, he had the work completed. I drove off and about 1/4 of a mile later my car began to overheat. Turned right around and brought it back to Dave who did not blink an eye and sent it right back to service without me waiting. When the diagnosis came back that my water pump was going bad and starting to leak, he ordered the parts, gave me a rental car and once again when the parts came in, he expedited the repair. All was covered under my extended warranty and I thank Jimmy Nadeau for advising me to take a new one after the old extended warranty ran out. I have never had a bad experience with Greenway. My only regret is that you can not give it bonus stars to enhance their reputation. By the way the technician had gotten my car a little dirty with smudges and hand prints on the body of the car. Guess what, they had my car washed and waiting for me when I picked it up. More
I am very happy with our recent purchase of a 2009 Chrysler Town & Country from Greenway Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep in Orlando! My husband and I were looking specifically for this particular make and model Chrysler Town & Country from Greenway Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep in Orlando! My husband and I were looking specifically for this particular make and model for a replacement minivan, since our other one had been driven for 9 years and was more than past its lifetime of use for our family of five. We had rented a Chrysler Town & Country previously when taking a few trips out of town and had always kept it in the back of our minds for the future as a vehicle we might want to own someday. Since we already knew what make and model we wanted now, the search for a newer, dependable car was made easier in general. I had seen this particular van on the internet site advertised for sale and after sending an email inquiry about the vehicle, Tammy Gagnon promptly responded to my inquiry via email. We were able to go down the very next afternoon to test drive the vehicle. Although we did not have an official appointment already scheduled, Ms. Gagnon knew that we were most likely going to be coming in for the test drive that afternoon and had the vehicle ready with keys for us to drive. Ryan Clarke happened to be the available Sales Rep. at the moment we arrived since we had not arranged a previous appt. time with Ms. Gagnon and she was already helping another customer at that moment. However, she took the time to come over to us and welcome us, introducing us to Ryan who would take care of us. Both of them assisted us throughout the entire process of test-driving the vehicle and during the initial process of discussing purchase price of the vehicle, as well as payment plan options unique to our situation. They both treated us with a very pleasant attitude every step of the way and were courteous to us throughout the process. We were able to easily come to an agreed payment plan that would work for our budget and situation. Ms. Gagnon and the dealership were also excellent in honoring the initial internet advertised price on the vehicle, since the dealership lot had a higher sticker price initially marked on it. We were then welcomed by a gentleman in the financing department who treated us very respectfully as we discussed other options available to us. We were able to get a much better interest rate than we had originally anticipated on our car loan and we were able to add on the extended warranty and GAP insurance to the loan amount without increasing our overall monthly payment, since they were able to lower the initial interest rate we first thought we would be financing the vehicle for. In the end, we walked away excited to have the very vehicle we were looking for and pleased that we were able to complete the entire transaction from beginning to end within less than 3 hours total, including test driving time, financing process, etc. Since we had not purchased a vehicle in the past 9 years, this was a pleasant experience that we are grateful to have had. We can only attribute the positive experience to the dedication, teamwork and courtesy provided by Ryan Clarke, Tammy Gagnon and the dealership itself! Thank you for making our much-needed dreams come true, as our previous minivan had been on its 'last legs' for quite some time. I have already bragged to friends and family about the wonderful experience we had at Greenway and I know that you will be receiving future customers as a result! More
We initially had problems with our visit, but Jimmy Nadeau, the service manager, took care of all our concerns. He was very professional and friendly and quickly remedied the situation. Just had a/c repaired with an extended contract and Tom called the company to have it covered and it was. Car was on time and a/c works fine so far. Let you know in August if it is still cold. The car was very small for a guy who is use to the comfort of my truck--to bad they cannot match the loaner to the one you drive. More
Dealerships can either have a good or bad reputation; there is no in-between. Greenway Dodge falls into the former as it was an outstanding place of business when I purchased my new Dodge Ram. Tammy was VERY knowledgeable and helpful in selecting a vehicle and describing all of the features. Tammy and Craig both worked very hard in getting me into a vehicle that I liked, rather than letting me settle for one that I would not be happy with. They were very upfront with costs, rebates etc and there was no back and forth. Simple, honest, respectable: you cannot get any better than that. In point of fact, it was 98 degrees outside with a blazing sun yet Tammy walked me vehicle to vehicle and described many of them without having to look inside. The incredible thing is that she did not even sweat or perspire at all! Heck, I am beginning to wonder if she is actually human :) In the market for a new Dodge or Jeep? You really owe it to yourself to stop by and talk with them. For my money, Tammy Gagnon is the bomb! More
Eric was a great salesman and was upfront and honest about everything. The only time I ran into an issue was when the sales manager came into the picture, and was very pushy, I think his name was Kevin about everything. Once I pushed him away from the deal and spoke to a different manager (with a first name I cant spell, I think something similar to Eric), everything went smooth and I got what I wanted and for a fair price. I had to go back a few times to finish up papers and get a recall item completed, however all of the staff were helpful with what I needed to get done and did it in a timely manner. The service adviser Andy was also great in making sure my service needs were taken care of in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Greenway to others. More

You ready yourself for all the same old games and tired high pressure tactics. That never happened at Greenway. I contacted My salesperson Tammy Gagnon through the internet sales dept and at every turn she exceeded my expectation. From prompt responses to my email to the way that when I arrived for my appointment she was already there and had the car we spoke about sitting right by the showroom. In the ended up purchasing a new Challenger and it was the most relaxed enjoyable car purchase ever. It took a little bit of time to work through the deal being that I was able to use an employeer discount on my purchase, but Tammy wasalways upbeat, friendly and kind. After heading off to sign papers I met Kral, who was helpful, expereinced and direct about options for finance and warrenty. The choices I made were better informed based on the infomation he provided. again, not too pushy but going through the benifits of each program. To sum it up.....a great purchase of a fantastic car! all of my friends are jealous of my ride and I can recommend they go to Greenway with complete confidence they will be treated right. If your buying a Dodge or Jeep...You NEED to check these people out. They won't let ya down. More

He also always works to get me the best price and to brief me on any appropriate special that Greenway may be having. However a great service rep would not be of much value without a great team of technicians and mechanics in your bay area; which you have. I continue to be most satisfied with your quality of maintenance / service, and plan to be back. On an administrative note, I continue to experience connectivity issues with your wireless network system. (The person next to me was also having the same issues, so I know that the problem was not on my end.) Basically, your wireless network would disconnect me after about ten minutes. I also have to use a VPN to connect to my work, and your wireless would disconnect my VPN after about 90 seconds or so. This makes trying to do work from your waiting area most difficult. Your (free) wireless network is a great convenience for me and I hope that your IT vendor can fix the problem there. (Though this is my first time to report this, this problem has been noted for quite some time now as I use it whenever I come in for maintenance. I had your rep re-boot your wireless (remove power) and this seemed to fix the problem, but for only a short time.) Thank you. Art Gallo More
