Andy Taylor was very helpful through the repair process, he went out of his way to make sure everything was done properly. There was no high pressure or making us feel bad because we could not make the numbers work. We drove several different cars and we walked the lot several times while he explained how each model might or might not work for our situation. From the very first phone call with Tammy, my husband and I were both impressed with the knowledge, courtesy, and friendliness, shown toward us. We had to drive over 2 hours to get to the dealership, but we have already decided, we will always make this drive, when our family needs another vehicle, because it was definitely worth the effort. The price of our vehicle was amazing, especially for the quality of the truck. There is a couple minor things that need to be repaired on the truck, and Sam and management, were very prompt in stating, this will be taken care of without hesitation. It was even in the wash rack and ready for detailing when my wife decided she wasn't sure if she liked the color...You can imagine the thoughts in my head as a husband, knowing she was not going to be happy with a color she wasn't really fond of. Sooo, out to the lot we went and she decided on a black one (no, i'm not kidding!). I called Ben, as he was at the wash rack with the white Compass and broke the news, he called Matt and they both met us out in the lot..They were so insistant that we be happy with our purchase and ensured us that we were not causing a problem with them having to change ALL of the papaerwork etc.. they just wanted us to be HAPPY!!! We purchased the Black Compass and were very happy with the finance portion of the process as well.. The management staff at Greenway Dodge should be very proud of their associates and the effort they put forth in customer service!! We WILL be returning to Greenway for future vehicle needs; even if it is a litte bit of a drive from Ocala. It's worth it!!! Great job Ben and Matt :) More
