Greenway Dodge Chrysler Jeep

My name is Brenda Moore, I have bought a total of 3 cars from 2005 up to 2010 and each time I have dealt with Erick Fritz at Greenway Dodge. Erick was friendly and patient even though I came there with thre from 2005 up to 2010 and each time I have dealt with Erick Fritz at Greenway Dodge. Erick was friendly and patient even though I came there with three kids who cannot be patient over a period of time, we spent three hours there. Erick asked me what kind of car I was interested in, I told him that the van I had was becoming useless because my oldest moved out, my next oldest who is 21 rarely rides with us anymore so I needed something smaller, Erick suggested several cars and gave me the facts on each car. We then test drived the cars and I wasn't satisfied but Erick didn't give up. I was frustrated and my two younger children was ready to go home, but Erick said "Ms. Moore I have something I think you would like, it would be something just perfect for you and your two children" it was a Jeep Liberty Convertible 2010. I never told Erick that I wanted a convertible one day when my kids were grown and out the house but it was happening now. I love it, we test drived it and I was sold. I thought that Erick would be tired of me not picking a car but he was patient. After that transaction I knew Erick is an experienced salesman in Customer Service, his quality of work, and his ability to be kind and patient with a woman who came to buy a car with three children and no clue as to what car she wanted but a sale was made that day and I am satisfied. Erick informed me that I would recieve a three thousand dollar rebate that I could put towards the purchase price of the car along with my two thousand dollar down payment which would take off five thousand dollars off the purchase price, I was thrilled and sold. Very pleasant experience for my 89year old father and daughter. We had a birthday surprise and drove it home for her birthday! Matt Grogen was our rep and he was great with text messaging me all the answers to my questions. We purchased the plat warranty also which included even oil changes and scheduled maintenance for 7 years.Past experience shows from our other children....if it is paid for and all they have to do is take it in...the car will last alot longer. Maintenance is key and the kids just don't seem to have the funds when the time rolls around. We were also treated with respect and they truly honored their word. My 89year old father is from the greatest generation....where a hand shake was all you needed to make a deal. Will purchase again! More

Before I even set foot in the dealer, Ron gave me a firm quote on the Patriot and stuck to it when I showed up.
