Very knowledgeable unlike the next door Ford dealer who could not even tell me why there was a huge empty space in the front license plate mount area on their trucks. The fact this has to be 250 characters long is a pain in the xxx. More

I have gone car shopping in the past at the Greenway dealers, used to the always pressured, shark tactics, no big deal its expected. Since Bill Heard fell they are working hard to be the worst deale dealers, used to the always pressured, shark tactics, no big deal its expected. Since Bill Heard fell they are working hard to be the worst dealer in CFL My wife is pregant, looking for something to replace her car. I have been looking at 99-04 Jeep Cherokees, on and off over the months. I come across this... http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.js...standard=false and get to this page http://www.autotrader.com/dealers/dd...arch_type=both It was listed front and center, looks like they removed it since I bitched them out this morning. Either way 2000 Jeep Cherokee 4.0 Inline 6, 70k miles $5k cash. Last night, Labor Day I call ~7pm, I call internet sales people. I ask is this vehicle still availible? They said yes it is. I confirm, stock number, year, color, make/model and miles, and price. He says they have it all. I ask the color of the interior. He says "I will have to run out and check, give me info and I will call you back." I give info... 10 min later get a call, "yeah the interior is gray." I ask what are there hours, I am in Daytona I can bee ther in about 1 hour, and will likely buy it, just need to look it over some. Guy says, "well we might be closing up early might want to have get in contact with us so you can check it out over the next few days." This should have been my red flag, what car dealer closes early on a holiday weekend, what dealer turns away a potential buyer ready to drive an hour to go see the car immediately, saying he will be paying cash for it? Either way this morning I get up, print the paperwork(still have it, in fine print say you have to have a print out the ad to get that price) I get there few minutes after they open, driving from Daytona. I ask to see the car looking to buy it. They have my info from the guy I talked to last night. Guy walks with me to look for it, we don't see it immediately, so he says, well let me go in and get the keys. Magically the keys aren't there. Guy goes to look through paperwork, nothing is showing that it was sold yesterday or today, asks a manager or something if he knows what happened to it... Guy says, ohh that Red Cherokee? We sold it days ago... I asked why then when I called about 14 hours ago before you closed last night, it was here still for sale, and the guy "went out personally to check the interior color" His response... "I don't know... we aren't a Bait and switch operation but my salesman is versed in our inventory if you would like to go check it out..." I cut him off and asked if he had an 99-04 Cherokees, he said no, and I said "well looks like I am driving back to Daytona then, thanks..." I don't mind they hadn't taken their ad down even though it sold... But when I called like their ad says, they say its there and to come on by, I get there and its not. It wasn't sold while I drove, it was sold days earlier? I am starting to doubt it even existed... Only car they have with no Photo? Its a little bit of a deal... They also point blank lied to me... I was told "I went out and checked the interior personally" and "It sold days ago.... but while you are here...." So what other lies do they have? I know dealers will fib, but jesus... More
As the owner of a 2007 Jeep Liberty, I have to deal with faulty window regulators. The DAY before I was to leave for travel for work, my left rear window fell into the door (typical of faulty regulator). faulty window regulators. The DAY before I was to leave for travel for work, my left rear window fell into the door (typical of faulty regulator). Jimmy Nadeau, Service Manager on the Jeep side, was very helpful in getting me into and out of service at the last minute. He and Paul Clason should be commended on their customer service. Thanks to their assistance and helpful attitudes, I was able to get the window fixed and not have to worry about "taping" it up while on travel. What a huge relief. Thanks guys! Now, if Chrysler Jeep would only come up with a permanent fix to this annoying issue....... More

At this point I have owned a 2004 Sebring and then a 2007 Sebring. As a result I have relied on the Greenway crew for over 6 years to keep both my vehicles in top running order. A couple weeks ago I needed help with a warranty issue on my 2007 Sebring. Service manager James Nadeau jumped in and took control in getting the right people together to work on the vehicle. Throughout the whole process Mr. Nadeau maintained personal contact with me keeping me in the loop as my vehicle went through several stages of repair.
