Griff was great from the moment we walked in the door. He listend to our needs, and even though there wasn't much inventory at the time, he took us to just the right car for us. The thing I appreciate the most was that there was an ongoing problem with a coolant leak from the heater hose assembly. It actually took us 5 months to get to the bottom of it and even though my warranty had expired by that time, Griff worked it out with the service manager to get the repair done at no cost to me. My wife and I had bought 5 cars from CarMax before we were treated badly and decided we'd never go back. I'm so glad we came to Greenway. We'll definitely be buying our next car from you. So I am super happy with my experience here and would recommend to anyone to try them out it is nice to find a honest place to get your car repaired at! More

Recently I took my '04 Chrysler Pacifica to Greenway for routine service and to resolve an issue involving a constant roaring sound coming from the cabin area of the vehicle. My Service Advisor, Aaron Horowitz worked closely with me and the Service Dept to try and identify and correct the problem. Initially the problem appeared to be with the altenator but later it was determined to be the AC Compressor. In summary, I elected not to have the compressor replaced at this time due to the cost involved and because I still have AC. All during the process Aaron stayed on top of the problem and was very concerned with my delimma...in fact, I commented to Aaron that I didn't see him take lunch. I went to Greenway looking for a new vehicle. Joe Pac was great! It was late and we had to rush around a little. I believe we stayed past closing and The mgr and Joe seemed not at all rushed. I believe It was the one of the first sales that Joe Pac had made. He DID A GREAT JOB!!! I would recommend Joe Pac to friends!! He ownes the same truck as I purchased and has called me 3 times after the sale! I am normally a nissan guy. For many years too!!! Now I drive a dodge!
