My 2000 LHS was in need of repair in multiple areas and, due to budgetary restraints, I needed guidance in prioritizing the order of repairs to ensure safety. After being shuttled home, Tom called to discuss needed repairs, costs, estimated repair time, and any of my questions. Tom answered my questions clearly and professionally. He helped me to identify repairs to target first and those that could safely be completed a little later. When paying my bill at the register, my debit card was declined. The staff remained friendly, gladly shuttled me home,agreing to return for once my bank made adjustments. I pointed out to Tom that one of the door handles was not repaired. He reviewed my receipt, noted the part was on back order and that I had not been charged for it. Tom apologized for the oversight in communication and promised to call me the following week when the part was scheduled to arrive. He also asked if I wished to speak with the General Manager about any concerns. I was happy to receive Tom's call less than 48 hours later, informing me that the part was received early and that my car can be repaired this afternoon! I appreciate clear, courteous communication, quality service and honesty. Thanks, Greenway, for a job well done. More
I recently purchased a certified used vehicle (2009 Chrysler 300M). I found this car from the internet. I contacted Greenway and spoke to the internet manager, Erik Fritz. He explained everything about the car I was interested in and answered all my questions. I set up an appointment to meet with Erik. My wife and I arrived about 1/2 hour late. Erik was waiting and willing to assist us in every way. We took the car for a test drive and Eric explained the features of the car and answered both my wife's and my questions. We purchased the car the next day. Erik guided us thru the whole buying process and put our minds at ease. When it's time to buy another vehicle, Erik is the only one I will deal with. My wife and I stopped by the dealership to look for a good used car and was met with friendly service by friendly people. He showed us exactly what we wanted to see and didn't try to push other vehicles on us that we weren't interested in or that was out of our price range. When we found the car that we liked the best he set up the test drive and didn't try to talk us into getting something "better" just to make more money. He then preceded to work hard for us and get us the best deal and rate. We left that day feeling good about the service we received and we left with a newer car that we picked out and greatly love. This dealership is probably the best I've been to in Florida and Alabama, just because the sales person listened to what we had to say and didn't try to push anything on us that we didn't want or couldn't afford. If you're looking for good service, friendly people and great prices then Greenway Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep is the place for you. More
Morgan was very nice. I am still waiting to hear about the radio that needs to be replaced. The only thing I feel could have been better was the car being detailed. This was all done in approximately 2 hours on a Saturday afternoon. I set in there very confortable waiting room and watched the florida state game and drank their Barnes Coffee. It seemed the car was ready in no time. The price was good on the tires and i know there were installed correctly. One tire had a bad low air sensor and it was repaired or replaced. Would highly recomend this dealer for service. James Williams More
This dealership is the WORST I've ever been to. It's been 2 months since I bought my used Jeep and I have yet to receive my tag. Chris, our salesman was a nice guy, however was quickly over powered by the "top salesman" ( I forgot his name ) who was pushy and rude to my husband & i. We had no intentions of coming back, but the price was too good to pass up. Now, I wish we would have paid extra, maybe we'd be satisfied with our new vehicle and not have the problems that we're having now getting ahold of someone! I have been hung up on when calling, the receptionists are rude & need to be fired. My husband mis military, US Army- and you would think we would have been treated better than how we're being treated, but of course not! I do NOT recommend anyone who would like to keep their sanity to come to this dealership! More
I have bought three cars from Greenway(one when it was McInerny). I would have bought my fourth car in 1993, but could not get the price I wanted.
