Tammy was excellent. From the time I called to even today. I called just to get information on Jeep Commander and then she was very good about following up with me. I went one day for an oil change on my previous car and while I was waiting I went to Sales to get information on new cars. I didn't have an appointment and I felt bad about it but she was so friendly and told me not to worry about that. So she took me to lot of new cars and there I saw my dream car!! She was so helpful througout the process. I had to call my Dad who is overseas to get his opinion and she was again very patient. I ended up buying a Jeep Wrangler 2011 and I wouldn't done that without Tammy's help. I will recommend her to all my friends and family. She made everything so easy and fast. Thank you Tammy. More

I have had a very good experience working with this repair service. The best part is the late after-hours-type dropoff. I have used that many times and the turnaround is very reasonable. I have worked with several people in this area, but I have really enjoyed Andy - he has the right amount of sympathy when giving you the bad news. He explained the issues with my car and why the repairs were necessary, and in the past has let me know what maintenance could be safely deferred. Happily, I haven't had many big problems with my Jeep, but when I brought the Liberty in steaming hot late on Monday night, he was there to greet me, assess the vehicle, and assure me that it could be taken care of. He called me the next day to let me know the damage, and estimated when I could expect it to be complete after I authorized the work. Before that projected finish time, he called me again to let me know the job was complete. He really listened to me, and I appreciated it. More
