I have to say that if it wasn't for Ben and Chris taking the time to really talk to me and make me feel comfortable I probably wouldn't have bought a car. They got me exactly what I wanted for basically t the time to really talk to me and make me feel comfortable I probably wouldn't have bought a car. I did however have an issue with calling in and getting someone rude on the phone, and upper management didn't seem to be really helpful. BUT Ben Carson, and Chris Kelly are extremely polite, caring, respectful, knowledgeable and honest. They really brought me in and really made me feel 100% comfortable before making a decision. They didn't pressure me at all and really was the main reason I did business with them. I would recommend people I know to go there for a car, only if they dealt with those two. More

I recently purchased a new Chrysler from Ben. I went in to test drive and price only as I was planning on shoppig around. When I was ready to leave Ben worked hard and gave me a deal I couldn't refuse. The manager of the dealership was also incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They both took the time to explain the terms and make sure I was comfortable. I should mention I had a young child, my mother and a small dog with me at the time. At no time did they show any frustration with my small circus that I brought with me. I drove off the lot that day with a car I love. I tell everyone I can about my experience. I have bought 5 new cars in my auto history and this was by far the best experience. I highly recommend this salesman and this dealership. More
Originally, I chose this dealership because it was close to my house and had a large selection of new Dodge Challengers, which is the car I was looking for. After touring the lot by myself, I approached an to my house and had a large selection of new Dodge Challengers, which is the car I was looking for. After touring the lot by myself, I approached an employee named Chris Kelly. He was very generous and talked me through all the options they had and even let me drive a few to get a feel for the car. At the time I was looking for very specific options on the Challenger, and Chris was extremely accommodating. He found multiple cars at other dealerships across the state and even offered to go get them for me so I could check them out. Because I was so picky with the car that I wanted, at a good price, Chris worked with me for over three months! He finally found a car that was suitable for me after searching and helping me out for so long, and I was able to purchase a fully loaded, brand new Dodge Challenger R/T at a very competitive price. If you live in Orlando, I would definitely suggest Greenway Dodge, and specifically ask for Chris. He was extremely helpful! More

We visited Greenway Dodge with the intention of looking rather than purchasing as I was sure everything would be out of my price range. Much to my surprise, I was able to drive away in my "dream" SUV that I have had my heart set on for quite sometime. Griff offerd an excellent trade-in deal, stayed within my budget on a new vehicle, and was able to provide a complimentary tint job as a kind gesture. My family has been purchasing vehicles from this dealership for years and it is evident that we will continue to maintain our loyalty. More

Chris was very friendly, accommodating and sensitive to my needs and budget. Negotiations and paperwork were quick and easy, and the vehicle was cleaned and filled with gas prior to delivery. Oh, did I mention that I live 65 miles away? Since I didn't trade in my old vehicle Chris was kind enough to drive it to my home through Black Friday traffic! Overall I was very satisfied with my purchasing experience. While the common sense of purchasing an older vehicle is debatable, choosing Greenway Dodge was undeniably a good decision. More

i bought a 2005 dodge ram from here and i was charged 700 dollars for a delivery fee on a used car that was a trade in from someone else, im not sure what work goes into the delivery of a vehicle but i would dollars for a delivery fee on a used car that was a trade in from someone else, im not sure what work goes into the delivery of a vehicle but i would think for 700 dollars thay could at least clean the vehicle befor it was delivered to me..this truck was very dirty inside and out and i was under the impression that they would clean it while i was doing the finance paper work but the did not,even after i had asked someone if they would clean it and they said it will get done but all they did was put my licence plate on it.so i had to go out and buy cleaning products and take 3 hours out of my day and clean this truck..so that tells me that this lot does not care about customer satisfaction and i feel like i was ripped off some delivery fee money....12/09/2010 i took my truck into the service department for a noise i had a 1:00 pm appointment i sat in the waiting room for over 2 hours waiting for some on to test drive my truck so they could here the noise, after 2 hours i go up to the desk as ask whats going on with my truck the guy says let me call over to reconditioning and ask. now reconditioning is where the used cars the sell go to be worked on its a whole separate building because apparently the used cars they sell arent good enough to be work on by the same mechanics as the new cars they sell. so the guys called over and asked about my truck and they tell him we have keys far that truck but no truck. so he looks at me and says they lost it. they lost my truck !! this isnt a puppy or a small child in a grocery store this is a 5000 pound truck how do u loose it ?? so they guy goes over finds my truck brings it over to me they grab a tech and make him take it on a test drive . now the tech takes my truck out on a test drive a couple different times to listen for the noise and thats fine but each time he took my truck out he took it on the toll road and was using my sun pass to pay his tolls so not only did i spend half a day here because they cant keep track of customers vehicles but now i payed for this guy to joy ride my truck up and down the toll road ....this play is a joke please do your self a favor a take your vehicle anywhere but here ! everyone here has the "it is what it is" attitude when you complain about something and they dont care about your vehicle or good customer service More
