i bought a 2005 dodge ram from here and i was charged 700 dollars for a delivery fee on a used car that was a trade in from someone else, im not sure what work goes into the delivery of a vehicle but i would dollars for a delivery fee on a used car that was a trade in from someone else, im not sure what work goes into the delivery of a vehicle but i would think for 700 dollars thay could at least clean the vehicle befor it was delivered to me..this truck was very dirty inside and out and i was under the impression that they would clean it while i was doing the finance paper work but the did not,even after i had asked someone if they would clean it and they said it will get done but all they did was put my licence plate on it.so i had to go out and buy cleaning products and take 3 hours out of my day and clean this truck..so that tells me that this lot does not care about customer satisfaction and i feel like i was ripped off some delivery fee money....12/09/2010 i took my truck into the service department for a noise i had a 1:00 pm appointment i sat in the waiting room for over 2 hours waiting for some on to test drive my truck so they could here the noise, after 2 hours i go up to the desk as ask whats going on with my truck the guy says let me call over to reconditioning and ask. now reconditioning is where the used cars the sell go to be worked on its a whole separate building because apparently the used cars they sell arent good enough to be work on by the same mechanics as the new cars they sell. so the guys called over and asked about my truck and they tell him we have keys far that truck but no truck. so he looks at me and says they lost it. they lost my truck !! this isnt a puppy or a small child in a grocery store this is a 5000 pound truck how do u loose it ?? so they guy goes over finds my truck brings it over to me they grab a tech and make him take it on a test drive . now the tech takes my truck out on a test drive a couple different times to listen for the noise and thats fine but each time he took my truck out he took it on the toll road and was using my sun pass to pay his tolls so not only did i spend half a day here because they cant keep track of customers vehicles but now i payed for this guy to joy ride my truck up and down the toll road ....this play is a joke please do your self a favor a take your vehicle anywhere but here ! everyone here has the "it is what it is" attitude when you complain about something and they dont care about your vehicle or good customer service More

(4% less than my local dealer was willing to go (per thier pushy finance manger!! )As well as working in a bumper to bumper warranty & maintenence for the length of the loan!! My payments were AMAZING even with all of that included in this purchase of a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. Ive got to say out of all the dealers ive ever been in, and i must also say ive been in quite many, Greenway from the moment i met Eric Wright became the one for me. these gentlemen after telling me the mi and i must also say ive been in quite many, Greenway from the moment i met Eric Wright became the one for me. these gentlemen after telling me the mistake ive made on purchaising a car i didnt like he told me everything strait and that he would help me get something i liked even new if not impossible. i came back 2 times to talk to him again and the 3rd time ive changed my 2009 dodge caliber which ive only owned for 8 days, for a brand new 2010 Dodge Charger and i gotta say these guy officialy made my life!!he is by far the best salesperson ive ever had the pleasure of meeting and i can tell thats very true or else i would not be writing these review since im very lazy about going online to do these things. hes i great salesman overall, he never push me like at the other dealer and he actully cared about the situation i was in which is a plus with me. he told me if i cant get you ridd of that car, ill help you find out what you can do maybe later on. overall Eric was and is at the top of his game when it comes to people skills and not being one of those salesman who you can tell no matter what they tell you that they really only care about selling a car. i personally recommend to anyone reading these to go to these dealer because its top quality from top to bottom and that as soon as you get there to ask for Eric Wright, because i give you my word, "he will take care of you". Tammy was excellent. From the time I called to even today. I called just to get information on Jeep Commander and then she was very good about following up with me. I went one day for an oil change on my previous car and while I was waiting I went to Sales to get information on new cars. I didn't have an appointment and I felt bad about it but she was so friendly and told me not to worry about that. So she took me to lot of new cars and there I saw my dream car!! She was so helpful througout the process. I had to call my Dad who is overseas to get his opinion and she was again very patient. I ended up buying a Jeep Wrangler 2011 and I wouldn't done that without Tammy's help. I will recommend her to all my friends and family. She made everything so easy and fast. Thank you Tammy. More

I have had a very good experience working with this repair service. The best part is the late after-hours-type dropoff. I have used that many times and the turnaround is very reasonable. I have worked with several people in this area, but I have really enjoyed Andy - he has the right amount of sympathy when giving you the bad news. He explained the issues with my car and why the repairs were necessary, and in the past has let me know what maintenance could be safely deferred. Happily, I haven't had many big problems with my Jeep, but when I brought the Liberty in steaming hot late on Monday night, he was there to greet me, assess the vehicle, and assure me that it could be taken care of. He called me the next day to let me know the damage, and estimated when I could expect it to be complete after I authorized the work. Before that projected finish time, he called me again to let me know the job was complete. He really listened to me, and I appreciated it. More
