I was looking for a small SUV used, I drove out with a brand new Jeep Patriot 2011. Why? I purchased the vehicle a month later because I was still looking at used SUV's but I did not find the customer service that I received at the other dealerships I shopped. (Orlando Kia) So I came back to see Chris and he delivered the Jeep the next day! Very Happy with my new Jeep! I will bring it to Greenway Dodge for service. Took 2006 van in to have repairs done and they did about a half of job so they could get my extended waranty deductible.The van was there 10 days in fact. So I pick it up and the same thing is still broke so I take it back its there another 10 days then they tell me its costing me another deductible. To me it seams that they do not know what there doing and are ripping off there customers hopfuly they go out of busniess soon would be nice. Now here was the flip side of the story me and my wife was in the new cars sales looking at a new one we figured we may buy another van and i would use this one for work right. Well 6 hours later we have a pending deal based on the service of our other van and they knew this as well. So after all the xxxxxxxx with service we are glad it was a pending deal didnt buy xxxx from them and never will. lets put it this way if you want good service arfter a sales dont shop greenway or your xxx will feel it later. I told Sam I lived about one hour away and wanted to make sure he would be the one to wait on my wife and me. We arrived at the dealership and the lady at the reception desk greeted us as and promptly located Sam. Everyone was friendly, not like some of the other dealerships I have visited. Sam met with us and showed us the car that we were interested in that I viewed on the internet. We took a test drive and I asked many questions about the Van. Sam unstands the autos that he sells. Not one time did we ask a question that Sam did not know the answer? Again, not all dealerships that I have visited had a knowledgeable sales staff.
