We worked with Chris Kelly on our new car purchase. He was very friendly and willing to help in any way he could. He was very informative, and made the process of buying a new car comfortable and fun. We was very friendly and willing to help in any way he could. He was very informative, and made the process of buying a new car comfortable and fun. We weren't prepared to take delivery the same day we purchased the car, and to help out he offered to deliver it to our home, which was really, really a big help for us! There was a personal touch that I've yet to experience at any other dealership. More

If you're looking for a straight up sales person, Kevin Marleton is the person you want. I've gone to several other dealers in the past where I get attacked by the shark pool and end up walking because I Marleton is the person you want. I've gone to several other dealers in the past where I get attacked by the shark pool and end up walking because I get too much bull from the sales person. Kevin handled the sale very professionally, I had done my homework via internet and bought the car I found online at the discounted price advertised (very fair price for vehicle purchased). Other dealers advertise prices or deals but when you go there, it's a whole different story. The finance guy I dealt with was also very professional and patient, very positive experience there as well. I'm hoping the service department will give me the same treatment, we shall see. I would definitely return to this dealership and work with Kevin again. More
We came to Greenway Dodge two days before Christmas looking for an affordable car for our daughter who's in college. Our salesman was Sam. This was the easiest sale we've ever made. Sam's kind, honest looking for an affordable car for our daughter who's in college. Our salesman was Sam. This was the easiest sale we've ever made. Sam's kind, honest and met our price. Within a half hour we made the deal. You made our daughter's Christmas great! Thank you! We'd recommend Greenway Dodge to all our friends! More
This was, by far, the worst car-buying experience I've ever had. At first, the service seemed friendly, but after we chose a Jeep we liked, the "games" began: We had our trade-in inspected and were made ever had. At first, the service seemed friendly, but after we chose a Jeep we liked, the "games" began: We had our trade-in inspected and were made to wait an uncomfortable amount of time (about 45 minutes) without anyone speaking to us nor giving us any consideration, though they were not busy whatsoever. Suddenly, a man approached us very aggressively and said "so here is the deal we worked out. I don't see what the problem is... so you explain to this me: Why can't we work out a deal here folks?" We had not even begun to talked prices, had not seen any paperwork, nor agreed on anything at this point! His intention was to put us on the defensive, which worked. He then flashed some paperwork with a very low trade-in rate. I realize now that this was what we were supposed to see. They wanted us to pay attention to only that number and ignore all the other random charges which, after i looked closer, added up to over 1800 dollars! These were cleverly hidden in inflated tax rates and unnameable service fees (not to include the dealer fee). There was no transparency whatsoever. When we said that we would talk about it over lunch, they (of course) tried to put us in one of their vehicles. We declined, and then the dealer, half-jokingly, said "so you're gonna put more miles on my trade-in I take it?" (!!!) To top it off, they even tried to hold my cell phone for me while we ate, which they had graciously let me charge behind managers counter... I wouldn't recommend anyone go to this dealer if you value you dignity and your dollar. More
After having some issues with customer service the day before, we went back to the dealership today to try to talk to a competent person and I found a very competent, Customer-friendly Service Manager n before, we went back to the dealership today to try to talk to a competent person and I found a very competent, Customer-friendly Service Manager named Jimmy Nadeau, who not only straightened the issue out from the night before, he even went the extra step to make the customer happy, so we had our Car fixed at this dealership. This is what customer Service is all about and I have to thank Jimmy Nadeau for his professionalism and that HE went the extra mile FOR the customer. thank you Jimmy this is what we call Customer Service More
Let me start by stating that I absolutely hate the car buying process. Trying to negotiate the best price, going from dealership to dealership, etc. After 30 years of marriage and my husband NEVER having buying process. Trying to negotiate the best price, going from dealership to dealership, etc. After 30 years of marriage and my husband NEVER having the new car and I always being the one to get the nice new car with the "new car smell" I felt that he REALLY deserved the new car. He had been looking at the new Dodge Challengers with a longing look in his eye and I decided that it would be a great Christmas present for him if I could somehow swing the deal. I had a few bonds inherited from my father and thought if I could get the right price by some miracle, he could finally have his new car. In comes the car buying process I hate so much. I called all over the state. No one, and I mean, no one, would make the deal. I called Chris Kelly not really hoping for much at this point, but I had read alot of good reviews on this sight about him and Greenway and thought, what the heck. Well, he asked alot of questions none of the other guys had, and then called back and said that it looked like they could make the deal! My husband and I made an appointment and went over and drove the car; and after a little work on the numbers with Chris and Kevin we had the car at the right price and my husband had a brand new car for the first time in his life! Our college age daughters laugh about dad and his "baby". We really can't thank Chris and Kevin enough or say enough kind words about how well we were treated or how hard they worked to get us in the car at the price we could afford. They were more than accomodating and we will be anxious to refer anyone we know to them and Greenway, which says alot because I rarely have something nice to say about a car buying experience! If I were in the market for another vehicle I wouldn't hesitate to return to Chris or Kevin and Greenway. More
I would like to take a minute and make a comment on a sales person at Greenway Dodge. That person is Ben Carson. I bought a car from Ben almost a year ago, and I am very pleased with my car. I have refe sales person at Greenway Dodge. That person is Ben Carson. I bought a car from Ben almost a year ago, and I am very pleased with my car. I have referred a few of my friends and co-workers that were looking to by a new car to Ben. Each and every person I have sent have been very please with him. With me being in Law Enforcement I have many people who respect my word and understand I wont deal with a "crook". Again I am very please with Ben Carson and when I'm ready to get my next vehicle. I will be seeing Ben. Thank you Ben for a great Job, the christmas card and being so honest. Jay. More
Ben Carson and Paul were very helpful and friendly. My husband and I were at the dealership from about 11am to 9pm. It only took this long because we were in the process of buying two cars at the same tim husband and I were at the dealership from about 11am to 9pm. It only took this long because we were in the process of buying two cars at the same time. Plus, it took me a while to pick out the right one that I liked. Ben and Paul were very patient with me and offered a lot of options to think about. In the end my husband bought a new 2010 Challenger. However I was thinking of trading in my Aspen for a Jeep Limited Liberty, but I've had my Aspen for 20k miles and I didn't realize how emotionally attached I was to it until they wanted me to sign it to them, so they could buy it from me. Well, I broke down crying and said I just couldn't part with it. Ben was so understanding of how I felt and he told me I didn't have to sign anything. A few minutes later he came back with permission to loan me the new Liberty for a few days to see how I would feel in it. Sometimes I have anxiety attacks while driving, especially on highways and the Aspen makes me feel more comfortable and safe if I ever have one while driving it. I guess I was a little anxious about getting into a new unknown vehicle. At this point I still have the Liberty and plan on testing it out for a few days. It's actually very nice and has similar luxury features as the Aspen, but it's a bit smaller. The reason I wanted to get a smaller vehicle was to save gas, especially with the gradual rise of prices over the last year. Anyway, my husband LOVES his Challenger Limited Ed. Mopar '10. And they gave us a super deal. It helped that we bought it at the end of the month and the end of 2010. The year-end rebates are quite excellent! More
