worst buying experience yet! I called about a used Corvette and told them i wanted to trade my car and purchase the Vette they had on the lot. I told them i lived far away and it wouldn't be worth the drive unless I had a ballpark what they would sell it for (not the 4k over list they advertised, but i understand they need to make money) When i finally got a number out of them i said I'll be there in a couple hours and if the car check out i will take it. After 20min of trying to convince the salesman i wasn't shopping for a payment and that i just wanted a bottom line price and that he wasn't going to run my credit (financing was already secured)the sales manager finally came to me with this stupid four square box with terms and monthly payment in each box. He said with a smile "your new car is waiting, just pick on of these and we'll get you out fast!" I asked how many times do i need to tell you I'm only making one payment but you haven't given me a price yet. I know a lot of idiots fall for your game but I'm not one and left. He of course followed me out and to make a long story short offered a price 9k over the price quoted on the phone!! More
I love this dealership and would not take my car anywhere else, they are efficent and I trust them which says alot I think. We have a 2008 Chrysler Town and Country and have been going to Greenway Dodge/Chrysler in Orlando for a few years now. Their service has continued to impress and seems to get better with each visit. I recently purchased a new Ram Truck at Greenway CJD. The customer service provided by the salesman was great. The sales guy was overly informative to all the information that I didn't want. He really had no interest in what I wanted in a new vehicle. He was more interested in what HE thought was relevant information that I didn't want. He really had no interest in what I wanted in a new vehicle. I also didn't care for the "we don't push our customers" talk, when they immediately turn around and ask "what will it take to get this deal done today?" It also took forever to process all the paperwork. After everything was finalized we also had to arrange for my old truck to get picked up at my house for the trade in value. The salesman didn't call when he said he would, I had to call him. Then, he didn't even show up when he was supposed to, which wasted my time. We ended up taking two days to pick up the truck and finalize everything. More

Yesterday, I awoke to a dead battery and quickly called Greenway Chrysler to make an appointment to have this battery checked. The rep that took my call to make the appointment was very courteous and set Greenway Chrysler to make an appointment to have this battery checked. Once I arrived at Greenway, to have the service done, Paul Clason, of the Service Dept. assisted me. Mr. Matthew Gagnon , was able to do things for me that no other sales rep has been able to do in years , When it came to trading in my old vehicle and getting me into something new. There were no pressures, it was told to me go find what you want and we will make it happen. Well I have heard that many times before. Matthew held up his end of the deal and did just that. Over all In the 12 years I have lived here in central Fla.Green way jeep has been my favorite place to buy and trade my jeep. I look forward to a long time relationship with this dealership. More
if you advertise a car on the internet, list it on an if you advertise a car on the internet, list it on an internet sales page, give an email address to contact a sales agent, ask the sales agent 1 q if you advertise a car on the internet, list it on an internet sales page, give an email address to contact a sales agent, ask the sales agent 1 question.......and the sales agent will not answer that question unless you walk in the dealership!!!! thats nuts!! your sales agent even stated in emails to me that it is BAD business to talk to potential customers on the phone or through email about selling a car. come on guys.......if you dont or wont set up a car sale through email, why have an internet sales department? More
