I was not happy with my visit to Greenway Dodge. The salesmen all attack you as you walk in. I understand that it is their job to get you into a vehicle however they came on far to strong. They were all salesmen all attack you as you walk in. I understand that it is their job to get you into a vehicle however they came on far to strong. They were all in suits and ties and it seemed like they had just got out of the "how to sell cars" meeting. The inventory was huge but the prices were all marked high. When I mentioned that I noticed they were high the salesmen said that it doesnt really matter and that we'd "talk numbers" in a little bit. The salesperson was very agressive in trying to get me to test drive the vehicles. I had already mentioned I just wanted to look. I even went as far as to getting my truck appraised. They gave me the lowest quote of 4 different dealerships that I have visited in the last two months. Needless to say I ended up purchasing a brand new Dodge Ram 1500 elsewhere and recieved 2,000 more for my trade than Greenway's "best offer." If I have any advise to give to people or potential customers, please look elsewhere and do not go here just because they are the largest and they may pay a little more for advertising. The only thing was agressive was the salesperson who was asking me what I thought abot a 84 month lease when he was desperate and realized even after I mentioned I WAS JUST LOOKING TO BEGIN WITH. The sale prices are not really competitive with anyone else in the area and if you do your homework online before just jumping to this dealership you will see that you can do much better elsewhere. The sales floor funnels you in so that it is hard to leave the room without every other salesman that is standing around stares you down. Finally, of all the people who were standing around on the weekend I did not see to many people actually looking for cars. Maybe they are a little overstaffed and a little overwhelming. More

I have gone to multiple dealships to try and trade in my car, but because I had a lot of negative equity everyone turned me away. Tammy was the first that was willing to help me.. Tammy fit me with a Jeep Patriot that I love and the during the entire process everyone made sure I understood what was going on and made me feel like any question I had was not a hassle to answer. I came in and was told to ask for Ricky Lopez. I was kind of upset at first when Eric came out and said Ricky was in a meeting, but Eric quickly put my fears to ease. He sat down with me before going out on the lot and talked to me for about 15 minutes. He then said he had a couple of ideas of cars that would be perfect for me. He walked me out to a car and said he thought this car would be ok, and it was closer to the building so he'd show it to me first. He spent a couple minutes on that car then walked me over to my new Jeep. He spent about one hour showing me how the vehicle would be perfect for me and my kids. He let me take it for a drive, and when I mentioned my husband might need to drive it, he offered to go to his work on the test drive. The figures were fair right off the bat. In fact, I was expecting to pay a little more. I can not believe a car salesman would actually make this so easy. The next time me or my usband needs a car, I will definitly see Eric More

As a single Mother who knows nothing about cars I would cringe walking into a shop for car repairs. However, here I was taken care of very well. My wife and I visited the dealership looking to replace our daughters Jeep Liberty which was in an low speed impact accident and ended up being a total loss which was shocking to my wife and I. We didn't understand why and while our daughter loved the car and wanted the same one we were apprehensive, Luis could answer some questions but then he got Erik Fritz to come out and Erick being a long time Jeep/Chrysler guy, took us throw the safety reasons on what happened and why which answered all my wife's concerns as well as showing us the features outside on a vehicle. He really cared that we were informed and in the end it came down to the cost of insurance for our daughter or her safety and that was a no-brainer to decide that we wanted our daughter safe and that this vehicle was an excellent choice. From that point to the final papers signed was a breeze and from a price standpoint to a financing standpoint, we felt everyone was working in our behalf so whatever Greenway Jeep is doing and however they treat their staff, keep that philosophy as people seemed happy to work there and really cared about their customers.
