Flavio was very friendly and honest with us. We felt no pressure at all in buying our used Jeep. My husband and I, both in our fortys, and have bought several cars in the past, but this was by far the leas pressure at all in buying our used Jeep. I received a call from Eric just as I was about to leave for another Dodge dealership to finalize purchase of a 2011 Ram 1500 Sport Crew Cab. He asked what he needed to do to win my business. The only whit for another Dodge dealership to finalize purchase of a 2011 Ram 1500 Sport Crew Cab. He asked what he needed to do to win my business. The only white Sport CC listed on their website had $1000 more in options than what I was negotiating for, so I told him that realistically, he would not be able to discount enough to sell me that vehicle. He did! I ended up with a vehicle with bells and whistles that I wasn't looking for, but did not have to pay for, save for a couple of insignificant dealer add-ons. Regardless, I paid less for this vehicle than what I would have paid at a competitor whose only factory option included the class IV receiver hitch. Eric was affable, friendly, knowledgeable, and someone who you felt you had known for several years. He was able to completely review and explain operations of this vehicle--his experience was obvious. His sense of humor kept things low key. Eric, good luck with the fishing, diving, and lobstering. If for the next trip we take to the Dry Tortugas, we have space for one more guy, you'll be receiving a call from me. In fact, I'll drive. Thanks for the great deal! More

Your technicians also have proven to be very capable and knowledgeable. My service required a rental car for me due to the number of issues we had to work on. Having the Hertz Rep come over to the Chrysler waiting area was so nice and convenient. (Last time I had to do that, I had to go over to Hertz and wait on a line. Your new system is SO much better!) I again had a problem with your wireless LAN (Repeat). I have to use a VPN connection to access my work email. After about 5 minutes of connection, I get kicked off of the VPN and get the following warning: "Secure VPN connection terminated locally by the client. Reason 412: The remote peer is no longer responding. 5min 33 sec; 23 Feb, 2011 07:48:01" I don't have this issue anywhere (including my home) but at your facility (and I travel a lot). Again this is a repeat problem that I wish Greenway would get fixed. Would be nice to have information on what each kind of checkup entails (30K, 60K, ...etc) prior to coming in for the service. An auto-generated email tied to my vehicle with information on my next major (not routine like an oil change) scheduled maintenance requirement would be nice. Would be nice to have someone walk me through my bill at the end prior to payment. Folks are pretty busy, so I can understand why that may not always happen. Thank you. Art More

He seemed to be uninterested as we met him. We had to ask him questions several times and in different ways to make certain he understood what we were asking and he was almost pushy and hesitant with some of him questions several times and in different ways to make certain he understood what we were asking and he was almost pushy and hesitant with some of the questions we asked pertaining to the vehicle and the financing options. He said he was just there to sell the car and the team behind the desk does the rest. We have purchased many vehicles before including two others from Greenway Ford and have always had excellent service. Even after we were finalizing the deal we asked him twice to start to get the car ready but he waited for the last minute which left us waiting for over twenty minutes after we had already been to the dealership for over five hours. He may have just been having a rough day but it left a negative impression. More
We had a Great Experience. We were interested in a New 2010 Town and Country. Steve was very patient and understanding as he showed us the options and inventory. He worked with us to find the right vehicle, and was not pushy or overbearing. He worked on our behalf with the Sales Manager to deliver the vehicle at a fair price. He was extremely helpful and even identified a rebate for Competitive Minivan replacement. Once we agreed on a deal, he took our information and told us to go have lunch while they prepared the vehicle and paperwork. He cut out the long waiting, so we could come back and quickly sign the final paperwork and drive off with the vehicle. We love our new Town and Country. I would recommend Steve to all my friends. I had some recall work done on the inner fender liners.The tech mangled them so bad it looks like a blind man cut on them.Very sloppy work.I had a few other issues to deal with that did not get res liners.The tech mangled them so bad it looks like a blind man cut on them.Very sloppy work.I had a few other issues to deal with that did not get resolved until I got the service manager involved.I will say he was great at resolving my problem fast.
