Steve Gomes quickly responded to my internet request for information regarding a Jeep Patriot. Since this is a full service dealership, Steve was able to pick me up & take me to the dealership to pick up the Jeep I purchased. This was greatly appreciated & one less worry I had about how I was going to get the new vehicle home after driving my old vehicle to the dealership to pick it up. Victor was very comprehensive in learning about all of my purchase criteria. Then, he showed me several options, all were real possibilities, that is, they were ones I could have actually ended up purchasi purchase criteria. At that point, I took the stance that if I could not get the cost numbers to work out, I would walk away. Victor was most patient in working with every detail of the transaction (I got the price I wanted, which was 10 percent less than the already discounted price.) He let me leave (for a meeting) and come back to finish the transaction later, and gave me lots of time to move stuff out of my trade-in car. Overall, a professional team! More
