My wife and I visited the dealership looking to replace our daughters Jeep Liberty which was in an low speed impact accident and ended up being a total loss which was shocking to my wife and I. We didn't understand why and while our daughter loved the car and wanted the same one we were apprehensive, Luis could answer some questions but then he got Erik Fritz to come out and Erick being a long time Jeep/Chrysler guy, took us throw the safety reasons on what happened and why which answered all my wife's concerns as well as showing us the features outside on a vehicle. He really cared that we were informed and in the end it came down to the cost of insurance for our daughter or her safety and that was a no-brainer to decide that we wanted our daughter safe and that this vehicle was an excellent choice. From that point to the final papers signed was a breeze and from a price standpoint to a financing standpoint, we felt everyone was working in our behalf so whatever Greenway Jeep is doing and however they treat their staff, keep that philosophy as people seemed happy to work there and really cared about their customers. Went to the dealer not really looking forward to it because of past expiriences with other dealers were not at all good. As soon as i walked in with my family it was incredible how everyone was cheerf because of past expiriences with other dealers were not at all good. We then where approached by Mr Pac and Mr Carson,and from there i changed my whole way of thinking about getting into a new used vehicle. Mr. Carson and Mr. Pac were extremly friendly cooperative and did everything in there power to assure that we got put in a car that we picked,and that they did. All the time we waited due to paper work they were curtiuse and costantly looking out for comfort. If i were to do this again i would most deffinitly go back and recomened to all my friends and family to go purchase a car truck or van from them. They get 5 out of 5 stars from me and my Family. When my wife and me went there, Mr Victor help us to choose a car in our bucket. In the end we got a car better than we could imagine, because we had gone and anothers dealers and all of them denied to choose a car in our bucket. I was very pleased with the way i was treated the minute i walked in the door.
