Steve Gomes quickly responded to my internet request for information regarding a Jeep Patriot. He was friendly and readily available to show me the vehicle I was interested in & the color I was interested i information regarding a Jeep Patriot. I went away with all of the information I needed to make my decision. Steve and his manager Sherman worked with me on the selling price. Both of them were very easy to deal with. Both worked with me to get the price I wanted. Steve & Sherman worked with me to get the Jeep I wanted in the timeframe I wanted it in. These two work well as a team. Since this is a full service dealership, Steve was able to pick me up & take me to the dealership to pick up the Jeep I purchased. This was greatly appreciated & one less worry I had about how I was going to get the new vehicle home after driving my old vehicle to the dealership to pick it up. Victor was very comprehensive in learning about all of my purchase criteria. Then, he showed me several options, all were real possibilities, that is, they were ones I could have actually ended up purchasi purchase criteria. At that point, I took the stance that if I could not get the cost numbers to work out, I would walk away. Victor was most patient in working with every detail of the transaction (I got the price I wanted, which was 10 percent less than the already discounted price.) He let me leave (for a meeting) and come back to finish the transaction later, and gave me lots of time to move stuff out of my trade-in car. Overall, a professional team! More
