Buyer beware, this dealership uses vehicles to lure people in and sell them what they actually have on the lot. They currently have cars listed which are not even on their lot! I worked with Ben Carson. He was AMAZING! I love my car and I will probably keep calling him to tell him how awesome it is. He didn't give me any b.s and he made the process very bearable. My husband and I purchased a 2011 Grand Cherokee 70th Aniversary Edition on 04-03-11. Our salesperson Hiram Gonzalez was very knowledgeable about the Jeep we were purchasing. We have purchased 3 Jeeps and 2 300C from this dealership and have been pleased with the way we were treated each time. All the personnel were very nice and made the purchase of the cars a painless experience. A week after we purchased the 2011 Jeep we went back to the dealership with questions about the EVIC System . Hiram was with a customer but another salesperson helped us to understand the way the EVIC System works. I would highly recommend the Sales Department as well as the Service Department. I was in Winter Park, FL for a business meeting. I drove from Atlanta and had a serious of issues with my 2005 300C during the drive down. These problems come and go and nobody has been able to diagnose th from Atlanta and had a serious of issues with my 2005 300C during the drive down. These problems come and go and nobody has been able to diagnose the root cause. As I was leaving for the return trip, I called Greenway to see if they could take a look . I came in and spoke with Andy Taylor. As my engine light was not on, he quickly told me they would not be able to help. As I drove out of the lot, all the lights came on! I went back and Andy went to work. Ninety minutes later I hadthe most detailed anaylsis I have ever gotten on a car. It isolated, among other things, that my tires were too small for the car and contributed to the bigger issue. Andy assured me that the car was safe to drive but need numerous things fixed. He gave me all the codes and printouts and took the time to write them so everybody could understand them. The total charge? $100! He could have easy told me that the car was unsafe to drive and collected $2400. Andy is a consumet professional. Ian Robertson More
Besides recently, I have been to the dealer several times in the past for service. Tom is always very friendly and does not make me feel like I am "just another customer." My knowledge base about mechanical issues with my jeep is average. Tom listens to my concerns and never makes me feel like I have no clue what I am talking about. His estimates are spot on and if additional services are needed, he puts no pressure on me to purchase right then;instead he explains why the service is necessary and the choice is mine. Tom follows up with phone calls for updates and when I can pick up my vehicle. The service lane and general area is always clean and has a "manicured" look. The mechanic bays were spotless and well organized,very professional looking-not messy with grease and tools laying around. Lucas was my mechanic, I had many services performed all at the same time and I was surprised that every thing was done so quickly. I was expecting to be without a vehicle for several days and it was only 1 1/2 days if that! I am extremely particular about the appearance of my jeep, I am a perfectionist for detail. Lucas did not leave one smudge mark,greasy hand print or otherwise on my vehicle. Very impressive! I have been to dealers in the past and did not get that same courtesy. The services I took my jeep in for were completed quickly with the problems resolved in 1 trip. The price I paid was actually less than I anticipated and in comparison to other places, much less expensive. Upon check-out I was offered a plan to save money,get money back so on my next visit I just present the membership card and I can apply the balance to my service bill. So, overall I received friendly, timely quality service. The old stigma about going to the dealer for service (because it takes forever and is costly) has been taken out of my vocabulary because of Greenway DCJ. I have trust in my service advisor and the mechanics, Greenway is my permanent dealer. This is why I rate this dealer a "5" Respectfully, Kim Cain More
