Mr.Aaron Horowitz was absolutely helpful! He provided great service and even gave me his personal cell phone in case I had any questions and couldn't reach him directly from the dealership. Needless to say I didn't have to use his number because he would call me and update me when there was news on my car. I'm from south Florida, so I'm used to having to call the dealer/shop over and over to get any information on my car. This is by far the best experience I've had with a dealer when I needed my car repaired and it's owed completely to the service I received from Aaron. More

Frankly I am surprised at the outcome I experienced when looking for new transportation at Greenway Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Very low pressure, friendliness, and knowledge of cars were his tactics which is rare to see these days. Grif, the Floor Manager, took the critical financial issues and other requests to completion with finess. He was reliably available during the financial maneuvering and I don't think the deal would have been completed without his unconditional customer care. Tommy Gallegher, the Recon Manager is a true professional. WOW, what a great place to buy a car. I will be back, but it'll be a while. I have returned here several times for scheduled maintenance and warranty work so there have been now real challenges. Cost has not been an issue because of what has been done. I had an 8 a.m. appointment for a warranty recall that said should take 45 min. and I also scheduled "express lane" service. It took 3 hrs to complete the jobs.
