Joe Pac was great to work with. We had actually been looking at the new Durango at another dealership and we couldn't get a return call from the sales guy. Greenway had a Durango in stock that met our looking at the new Durango at another dealership and we couldn't get a return call from the sales guy. Greenway had a Durango in stock that met our needs & when I called Joe at 5pm on a Sunday he simply said come on over and I'll get something done for you tonight. Recently purchased a pre-owned Cadillac xxx from Ben Carson and had a fantastic experience. The customer service I received from Eli 30 days after my purchase has been TERRIBLE!!! I've been passed over, hung up on and the only person who has been geninue with me since my purchase and through all this un-neccassry drama was Ben. I am discussted with the customer serivce I have received from Eli and the run around from your managers who are unwilling to help. I guess your sales guy can sell, but they suck at maintaining a long term realtionship with their customers....so there goes your free marketing. Sales 101...Bad news travels much faster than good news! More
Stephen, was a great help, I was not sure what make of a convertible, i was looking for. He showed me what was available and had a price sheet with him. He gave me a price that I was not happy with, and the convertible, i was looking for. He showed me what was available and had a price sheet with him. He gave me a price that I was not happy with, and then turned me over to Ron who gave me a better price,and after a few minutes agreed to. The paperwork done by Ron, went very quickly. The only thing I was disapointed with, was the final detailing, they did not even vacuum the trunk. More
