I could not believe what Tom said, THERE HAS BEEN A RECALL ON 65,000 DODGE RAMS FOR DIFFERENTIAL PROBLEMS, THAT CAN LOCK UP AND CAUSE A CATASTROPHIC FAILURE AND KNOWING THIS PROBLEM THEY WANT TO WAIT UNTIL THE NOISE GETS LOUDER AND THEY KNOW I TRAVEL THOUSANDS OF MILES PER TRIP 17, 000 MILE IN LESS THAN 6 MONTHS ACROSS THE COUNTRY. NEVER WILL I STEP FOOT IN GREENWAY EVER AGAIN THE SAFETY OF THE CUSTOMER SHOULD COME FIRST JACK FLOOD Removed greenway name plate from my 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 and sent it back to service manager Tim H. I have spent well over $130,000 in 4 years not including repair cost with greenway, I have worked through issues with a 2007 Jeep Commander that could have resulted in a lemon law and choose to fix the issue with over 36 visits for the same issue (stuck in 4th gear) that started at 10,000 miles as a customer I have gone out of my way to be understanding as long as it was not a threat of danger to my life or my family. I will never spend a penny at greenway or have there name on my truck again. My safety comes first not last. UPDATE: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ CENTRAL FLORIDA DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP ALSO HEARD THE NOISE COMING FROM THE PINION GEAR, REPLACED THE GEAR AND SOLVED THE PROBLEM ON THE FIRST VISIT. SOMETIMES DEALERS TAKE ADVANTAGE OF LOYAL CUSTOMERS JUST BECAUSE THEY CAN IT WAS A EASY FIX, WHY WOULD GREENWAY NOT WANT TO REPAIR A DIFFERENTIAL UNDER WARRANTY WITH A OBVIOUS PROBLEM, KNOWING THERE HAD BEEN A RECALL, 5,000 MILES WHERE DRIVEN PRIOR TO RECALL REPAIR, HEARING THE NOISE FROM THE DIFFERENTIAL BY THERE LEAD MECHANIC AND TELLING ME WAIT UNTIL THE NOISE GETS LOUDER NOT ONLY ON THIS 2011 DODGE RAM BUT DID THE SAME THING ON MY PREVIOUS VEHICLE, WHY WOULD THEY PUT ME AT RISK? SOMEONE SHOULD FIND OUT WHY? MAYBE THE OWNER SHOULD KNOW OR IS HE PROMOTING THIS PRACTICE. IF THIS IS HOW THEY TAKE CARE OF LOYAL CUSTOMERS WHAT WILL THEY DO TO YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

I'm planing to be back in the near future to trade in my car, as for this past visit was a car for my wife. Therefore, my wife is very happy with her new Dodge Durango Citadel! My husband and I have been shopping the mid-size sedan market, and had looked at several other vehicles. I came to Greenway to test drive the Chrysler 200 and met Stephen Gomes in front of the building o market, and had looked at several other vehicles. I came to Greenway to test drive the Chrysler 200 and met Stephen Gomes in front of the building on his way home. Not only did he offer to help us, but ended up staying late helping us to find the perfect 200. He made finding the right car, at the right price easy. He was very knowlegable, friendly, and courteous. To be honest, I wish all sales people could be more like him. It was the most pleasant experience buying a new car that we have had to date. Thank you Stephen! More
Jimmy and Al were courteous and attentive to our inquiries. The process was smooth and went exactly as they said it would. I bought my Chrysler Pacific from Greenway Chrysler Jeep Dodge in October of 2007. There are many choices when it comes to choosing where to service my car but I have to say that I simply adore the amazing Dodge in October of 2007. There are many choices when it comes to choosing where to service my car but I have to say that I simply adore the amazing customer service I get from Greenway. Any and all concerns that I have had as it relates to service or when my car broke down and I desperately needed help I am so glad I was able to rely on Andy Taylor and the team and Greenway. Andy and his team treat me like family and the feeling is mutual! Even though Andy got promoted to Service Manager; He always comes to greet me at my car and knows my kids and always asks about them. Aaron Horowitz recently became my Service Advisor and he was amazing. Its a really great feeling to know that loyalty to a brand is not lost and I will always choose Greenway Chrysler Jeep Dodge! I went to the dealer in the search of a used car and ended up with a very good offer for a new Jeep. From the beginning the experience was excellent and want to recognize the premium service that Adrian ended up with a very good offer for a new Jeep. From the beginning the experience was excellent and want to recognize the premium service that Adriana and Joe offered. They really understand the concept of customer service: they gave me options, showed different types of cars, models and colors, and also a test drive. They know very well how to help you in your car buying. I will not hesitate to recommend get in touch with any of both for your next purchase. Thank you guys for your help!. More
Ok..lets not beat around the bush. You go to purchase a new car or truck and you hope you make a great deal. You have to make it for yourself because you know they will not give you your best deal up front new car or truck and you hope you make a great deal. You have to make it for yourself because you know they will not give you your best deal up front. You have to work for it. I got there around 2pm and believe that I was the last one out. The place was empty when I left at around 8:30pm. So you know that I was working it. My sales rep wasJohn Ullman. He was great to work with. Made me feel comfortable with him. We haggled back and forth, he gave in some and I gave up some. Finally we shook hands and I honestly felt that I did good and got a good deal. I was going to walk out with a new truck happy. I waited for my turn to see the Finance Specialist. Thats where my happeness turned sour. Had to do the normal stuff required as to signing tons of paper work. But John and I had a last minuet agreement and when I presented it to the finace officer, I did not like how he worked me over not to get what I should have. This guy actualy tried to make me feel bad by telling me that John could pay out of his own pocket for what our last minuet aggrement was. I was so tired and ready to leave. I just signed my paperwork and left with my new truck but not with a good feeling like I had when John and I shook hands. And I left without what was ageed apon by John and I. So as to the service at Greenway Dodge. This was not my first purchase and use of there service department. They do good work and the area is very comfortable. Just be ready when you have to go into the Finance Department. It's like another world. There is where you feel like your dealing with a Used Car Sale's Man. I bought a 2011 Ram 1500 with the Laramie Longhorn package. I worked with Sam Haddad on the internet and Joe Pac for the demo ride and sales deal. The price discount was OK but I bought the truck so package. I worked with Sam Haddad on the internet and Joe Pac for the demo ride and sales deal. The price discount was OK but I bought the truck so it was doable. The running boards had a lot of adhesive tape residue on them that I cleaned off with a citrus spray and the overall cleaning of the vehicle was not very good (wax residue left in 7 different areas that I had to clean as well), so I give low marks to the service department. Joe Pac was efficient and courteous and the finance person (Carl) was also very good. Sam set up my phone and answered all of the questions I had on the radio. Overall it was a good experience. We purchased a used vehicle from Greenway Dodge and while the price was reasonable, the service before and after the sale has been horrible. The dealer filled up the gas tank before we left which was great the price was reasonable, the service before and after the sale has been horrible. The dealer filled up the gas tank before we left which was great however we tried to put gas in it a week later and discoverd it has a locking gas cap and we were given no gas cap key. When I contacted the dealer and salesmen, the response I received was "Sorry about your misfortune". What the F#%&!!! This is after receiving multiple emails everyday saying they would like to earn my business. They didn't even know I purchased a vehicle from them. They have had the worst communication from the very beginning and I regret doing business with the dealer and caution others. We have tried calling the dealership multiple times and have been put on hold every time and have yet been able to talk to anyone nor have we been given a call back. Update: I just received a text from the salesman that is now saying he didn't fill it up???? So I guess gas just spontaneously appeared in the gas tank. I hope the same thing happens again tonight or my wife can't get to work in the morning. I probably would have been able to deal with the situation if I had been given the courtesy of a discussion about the issue but instead we just get "you're S.O.L., now get lost. September 2011 - a belated update. Joe Pac was able to find the missing set of keys including the gas cap key. Joe sent the keys to us overnight as we live more than 80 miles away. Joe has followed up several times to ensure all was good and I appreciate his personal efforts to make sure the problems were resolved and I would give him the opportunity to earn my business in the future.
