I have used this dealership for my service needs. I have only good things to say about Stephan in the service department. Hiram and Paul were great to me. I was upfront with what I was looking for in terms of price and capability and I never had that "but for just a little more" feeling that I got from other dealers in the are I was looking for in terms of price and capability and I never had that "but for just a little more" feeling that I got from other dealers in the area. I started off with Hiram who took me around the lot and showed me two different models that fit into my capabilities range. One higher end and one on the more economical side. He asked me if I was dead-set on a new vehicle, in terms of the newest model year, and when I said no he took me over to some of the outgoing model year vehicles. They were lower priced after rebates, far better equipped, and still brand new (ok, 106 miles but who's counting). I had to sit on it for a day but there was no pressure from him. I came back the following day after visiting a few other locations and linked up with Paul. Having been in sales before, I was a little nervous about shifting after Hiram worked with me the day prior but Paul called him up right away to get the ok and we were off. A test drive later and it was a done deal. Hiram and Paul worked extremely well together to answer my questions, address any concerns, and make me feel at ease with the purchase. I think their efforts might be why for the first time ever I don't have a feeling of buyers remorse after getting a new car. The overall experience is the only section I marked as a 4 and it has nothing to do with either Paul or Hiram but the dealership itself. The process to actually but the car and get out of there just takes to long. This is the fourth time I have bought a car from Greenway and every time it takes at least 3 hours from the time I say go to get the paperwork done, sign stuff, get the car cleaned, and drive away. If I could make one wish, it would be to be able to have an online process to fill out everything needed after visiting the lot so I can just sign and drive. I really am perplexed as to why at any dealership I have ever been to there is no faster way to get it all done. More

I had spoken with Joe Pac about two years ago right after he first started working for Greenway Dodge. At that time, I knew he was someone that I could work with. I told him I would be back when I was ready he first started working for Greenway Dodge. At that time, I knew he was someone that I could work with. Last week my wife and I went back to Greenway Dodge and sure enough Joe was still working there and he was as friendly and courteous as when we first visited. I'll warn anyone dealing with Joe that he has a great sense of humor. If you enjoy kidding around with people in a friendly manner then you can't go wrong getting to know Joe. Beyond having an excellent personality, Joe went out of his way to make our experience at Greenway Dodge as pleasant and stress-free as possible. He was very accomodating and did not pressure us in any manner. He also readily admitted when he didn't have an answer to one of my questions and immediately went and found out what the answer was. Of all the "car salesmen" I have dealt with over the years Joe Pac is by far the best I have ever worked with. Not only would I recommend Greenway Dodge as a good place to purchase a new vehicle but I would go so far as to say that dealing with Joe is the primary reason why I would go back to Greenway. If you are looking for a new vehicle go to Greenway and tell Joe Pac "Larry sent me!". I know you will be as happy as I am. More

I usually don't take the time to fill out these surveys but I felt the need to in this case. All too often people are more than ready to let mention when poor service is received so I felt the need to men but I felt the need to in this case. All too often people are more than ready to let mention when poor service is received so I felt the need to mention that the service I received from Greenway, and specifically my salesperson Sam Haddad, was above and beyond what I expected. Car salespeople are not always pictured in the most favorable light but I found Sam to be honest, friendly, personable, forthcoming and very easy to deal with. He went out of his way on several occassions to make sure I got exactly the vehicle I was looking for, not an easy task I assure you. I have never gone to a dealership and bought a vehicle the same day until I purchased my new Jeep from Greeenway and Sam. It is not always easy for a single female to shop for a new vechile but Sam made me feel completely at ease and confident that what I was buying and the price I was paying were the best deal possible. Sam is a definite assest to the Greenway organization. I have recommended Greenway and Sam to many of my frieds and I for one will be a repeat customer. It is for these reasons and many more that I am giving both the highest rating possible. More
