I recently brought my truck into your dealership to address a significant tire issue. The rear tires were not only dangerously bald but also exhibited an unusual wear pattern. This problem had persisted for approximately eight months. Despite my concerns, the service department initially concluded that there was no issue with the axle. However, I pointed out that the truck was also experiencing problems related to a recent national recall, which they claimed to have previously addressed. The service manager assured me that they would investigate the issue further and take appropriate action. However, when I returned to the dealership the following day to retrieve my truck, the front desk attendant informed me that they did not have my paperwork. She then went to speak with Jean Petit-Frere, the service advisor. I overheard their conversation from a nearby position. The front desk attendant informed Jean Petit-Frere that I was waiting for my truck and needed the paperwork. Jean responded by saying, "Tell him to wait in the lobby. I'll get to it when I get to it." This unprofessional behavior was particularly frustrating as I was already running late for an important meeting. I am deeply disappointed by the service I received at your dealership. The service department's lack of attention to detail and Jean’s unprofessional behavior have completely eroded my trust in Greenway Dodge. I will not hesitate to discourage others from doing business with your dealership as long as he remains on your team. I hope this feedback serves as a wake-up call for your management. It is imperative that you address this issue promptly to ensure that future customers do not suffer the same negative experience. Shawn More

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with Greenway. I bought a used car that showed significant defects after just 3 days. The check engine light came on, the coolant was missing, and the start/stop sy I bought a used car that showed significant defects after just 3 days. The check engine light came on, the coolant was missing, and the start/stop system didn’t work because the battery was faulty. All in all, I spent an entire day at their service center getting the car repaired. On a positive note, the service team was very friendly and supportive! Zero points for the sales team. They tried to tell me that it’s normal for the coolant level to be below minimum when the engine is warm. Nonsense! Till today nobody reached out to me to clarify the topics, which I would expect!
