After voicing my concerns, the manager, Scott Priest, took ownership of the issue to make sure that the problem was fixed. He went above and beyond to make sure that the car was serviced when it was most convenient for my daughter who is a college student an needs here car for daily transportation. More
First service using university dodge in Rome Went in for a oil change and the regular detail. The service asked if I would like to have my tires rotated and I said sure cause they probably needed Went in for a oil change and the regular detail. Once my vehicle was done the service advisor came and got me and I settled up my bill and he pointed me in the direction of my truck. I opened the door to see the floor hadn’t been vacuumed which I was told over the phone when I set up everything it would be. When I opened the door I noticed my seat was covered in grease and oil from where the mechanic changed my oil. Went back in to tell the service advisor about that and he came out and half way cleaned my seat and while he was doing that I asked how come it didn’t get vacuumed and he said it’s not part of the detail package I purchased after I was told it was over the phone it was. While he was half a** cleaning my seat I walked around the truck inspecting the wash job which I would say was half a** as well. You could tell where it was washed and where it wasn’t even touched. I showed him and he said if your not satisfied I can have it washed again. After being there for almost two hours for a oil change and tire rotation I was ready to go and told him to not worry about it I had stuff to do since it wasn’t washed correctly to begin with. So I left and as soon as I pulled out of the parking lot I noticed the whole top of the hood had not been washed. So I went back and spoke with the internet sales manager due to not having a service manager there. He came out and looked at my truck and said he would have it rewashed and I told him I just wanted my money back so he gets my money refunded for me and I leave. About a mile down the road my low air pressure light comes on for my tires. I guess when they rotate your tires they don’t check the air in them. So I called back and the lady said she didn’t know if they checked the pressure when rotating tires and said she would connect me with a service advisor after being on hold for 15 minutes someone finally picked up and then hung rite back up. So I called back and another gentleman answered and I asked him if they was supposed to check the air pressure and he said definitely yes so I asked him the transfer me to my service advisor and he said they was all busy and took my name and number and said he would have him contact me. Needless to say two hours later no phone call back. So I would strongly advise anyone and everyone to steer clear of this place. Poor communication poor service and don’t care at all about customer service or taking pride in there job at all. If I could rate this place a negative 5 star I would. I will never go back to this place for anything. My business will go else where. More
I only service my cars at UniversityCDJR I’ve been getting all of my vehicles serviced at University for about two years now and I wouldn’t go any place else! Great work from a great staff! LLOOOOONG WAIT I set an appointment at 9:15 and been in there for 1 hour 45 minutes. I had to get up and go to see what's up. Finally left at 11 am. Service Department went over and beyond My 2011 Jeep Rubicon engine light intermittently came on. The dealership I purchased from could not give me an appointment for another week. I know t My 2011 Jeep Rubicon engine light intermittently came on. The dealership I purchased from could not give me an appointment for another week. I know the bad reputation and expense that dealerships receive with servicing vehicles, but I would not hesitate to take mine back to University to have Greg Corbin,Todd Simmons, and Brian Meeks for service. These gentlemen took time and were very patient in diagnosing the problem. The problem was fixed and made sure that my jeep was safe to drive before returning my vehicle to me. Thank you guys so much, I really appreciated your help! More
Good customer service I took my Jeep in to be worked on on a Monday, was supposed to have it back in 1 day. So easy!! I called to make an apt for a recall on my Jeep Grand Cherokee and Morgan told me I could bring it in that afternoon. I dropped it off and went to dinner and Morgan called when it was finished to let me know I could pick up my Jeep. In all, I spent less than 5 minutes scheduling the service on the phone, speaking with Morgan when I dropped my it off, and picking it up. The whole process was quick and incredibly easy! More
