Not really sure how my tires - 2 brand new on the front and 2 with 70,000+ miles on the back both rated a "yellow" but I already knew that I needed 2 more tires, just can't afford them quite yet. I understand that Jeep probably encourages the service dept. to push the tune up but it is just way too expensive to get it done at the dealer. If the prices were reasonable, I would do it there. More

COMPLETELY UNSATISFIED I take my car for regular service and some repair work. When picking up I noticed right off it was still skipping and breaks were still bad (I was tol I take my car for regular service and some repair work. I believe 3 days to be exact the check engine light came back on. Took back still slight slip and other repairs not fixed bad mechanical work. More

While costs are a little higher than your backyard mechanic, I leave there knowing that everything is fixed and if I have any issues I can bring it back without question. More
