Good service but I ask for pricing on a set of tires for my truck. The servicemen told me that I will need to come in during my service for a price. Since I called three days earlier, I could have got the tires installed with my first visit, if he would have help me on first call. The following day, I text the servicemen again and decided to go forward with the tires, but I just needed to confirm the price given the day before. he replied..."I WOULD NEED TO CHECK"....I texted back: "ok, please let me know".....It is now the next day with no reply. Disappointed Sorry guys but as I pulled in my drive I noticed the dash wasn’t placed back on correctly after the airbag was replace. There was a gap between the ce Sorry guys but as I pulled in my drive I noticed the dash wasn’t placed back on correctly after the airbag was replace. There was a gap between the center dash compartment and the way the compartment overlaps the actual dash. I chose to fix the issue myself. Issues was in the middle of the dash on passenger side, the middle clasp that holds the dash into the plastics beneath the window was not properly inserted which created a pucker along the middle of the passenger dash leaving a gap along the center console. You also scratched my dash using a screw driver or something similar trying to fix the gap I assume, which was caused by the clasp not properly seated. Not impressed that your shop worker that felt this was ok to leave as is, makes me wonder what else you would leave half fixed. I shall not return to your location. More
