I have tried to conduct business at this place, unsuccessfully, several times. The last time was today, Saturday, Aug 29. I called yesterday to see if we would be able to do business,I would have my down payment Thursday. They got my information, said they would call back last night. No call. This morning got a call from a different rep, I made it clear I didn't have gas to waste, wanted confirmation before coming down. He called me back said everything was approved, to come down to sign papers. After arriving I had difficulties pulling my pay stubs up, ended up getting them faxed. I went to the service desk to see if the fax had come through. The man behind the desk jumped on me and said that I shouldn't be bothering him, that if I'm up there the sales reps aren't doing there jobs. I said the sales men are doing their jobs, I was just trying to see if a fax had come in yet. He yelled then ignored me. After waiting 2-3 hours I was told I needed a cosigner. I told them from the get-go there is no other. There is no cosigner. This is exactly why I had called first. After being given the runaround, lied to, and yelled at, I asked for a complaint number. I was told by one sales rep there isn't one. Another sales Rep went to the man that has yelled at me and talked to him. The man came down and tried to talk to me while the first rep was trying to talk to me. I told the man that after he had yelled at me and acted as he did, he isn't the one that I want to speak with. He said have a good day, you can leave now, then proceeded to walk away. After the man walked away, the first rep said that the man is the complaint department, that he is the GM, and that his name is Jason Beckett. This Jason Beckett is allowing and promoting his reps to lie, waste people's money, and waste people's time. He yells at customers and birades his employees in front of customers without knowing or caring what is going on. The reps I intermingled with were good sales reps, and were as helpful as possible. This GM,.... Was not and needs to be checked out, fired, reprimanded, made to go through anger management classes or something. Your Desired Resolution: One resolution would be for a complaint department that can be contacted to handle complaints against the company, including the GM. Another resolution would be to not allow the reps to state approval when there hadn't been any, not to lie. This case will be reviewed by a complaint specialist at the Better Business Bureau, and then forwarded to the business for their response. It is our policy to allow the business 14 working days to respond to your complaint. You will be notified when the business has responded. More
Do not care about customer safety. I bought a 2015 jeep from them. The sales people are great however the general manager is a lying piece of ( well you know). My husband was going down 75 and the sidewall blew out of the Goodyear tire.He pulled over immediately to the shooed on the fast lane side. He did not ride on it at all. There was no warning light on saying the tire was low or anything. There was no warning at all it just blew out the side and I mean all around the whole tire. I called the dealer which right off he starting stating reasons why this where our fault. I then went to my closest dealer in Cartersville ,they refused to look at it even though with only 4000 miles any dealership is supposed to help. I then swung by the Goodyear store to ask them what they thought( Cartersville ga. The guy said a definite defect . They said they couldn't honor the Goodyear warranty because I didn't by them there and they were a franchise . Went around 70 miles to the original dealer university Chrysler . He once again called me and my husband a liar and at that point I lost it. I'm not proud but the f words went flying. The tire is just 88 dollars to ( my price and I'm sure they get a lot better price then I would) replace and it ate trough me when he said you think I should pay for it. It should be Goodyear paying for it ( it's defective) anyways but even if he did have to pay for it,I did just by a vehicle for 27000 and I would have been a happy and loyal customer. I can not believe how Chrysler would allow people like him a position of power. I think after all this I'm just going to tell them to come get the thing. I simply refuse to do business with such ugly,disrespectful ,untrustworthy company that don't care about selling something defective. I am also sure this was not the first time he has gotten ugly with a customer. I bet he's a real sweet heart until after you sign the contract. I just want you to know what kind of company you are dealing with be very careful. I have no reason to lie or exaggerate especially over 88 buck. Please be careful and find a more reputable human being to deal with and a company that let quite a bit of people die because it cost to much to move the gas tanks for the wouldn't blow up. I will definitely use,ford,Chevy ,Kia ,Toyota ,or anyone else that has a good reputation from someone I know and online reviews. These tires by Goodyear ( I think they are wranglers) are dangerous please be careful when driving on them. It separated about two inches up all the way around the tire,showing what looks like some kind of white glue. More
My 2003 Dodge 2500 work truck recenty had a problem that left me dead in the water. The service staff saw my delima and worked me into the already tight schedule.
