Unreasonable price I carried our vehicle in for recall. Asked about checking tires sensors while I was there.. They replied it would cost $95 just for diagnostics. It did not take very long to do, but I felt like the charge was excessive. If I asked to check my wiper blades, would it be the same? Don't think they will see me or my Jeep again. Glenn Owen More

Dealing with unprofessional sales First I want to say this place is only focused on their profit margin and bottom line. Customers need to know what they are getting for the $3000 adde First I want to say this place is only focused on their profit margin and bottom line. Customers need to know what they are getting for the $3000 addendum features that are added to their "base model" vehicle. For $3,000 we got mud flaps, a bug shield and nitrous gas in the tires. Wow! I know, it's hard to believe you can get so much added for $3,000. Then if you finance with this dealership they will not shop for the best interest rate. Because if they do they steal some of the rebate (that knock of $0 from the bottom line). They will also stretch the loan out so far that they can make sure your car will be worthless by the time it's finally paid for. Also, you will be the butt of the jokes after you leave with your base model. Be sure you purchase the GAP insurance because you will never owe less than the car is worth. I know you are probably thinking - if she was so unhappy why did she agree to the sale. This vehicle was a gift. I did not pick it out and did not get to choose where it was purchased from. The person that I bought it for feels it's perfect for their needs. I couldn't push for anything better because it was not for me. I just feel like this company could have made more of an effort to make me feel I didn't waste my money. They could have been more honest about the price or even added oil changes for a year. But no, it was the base model with $3000 mud guards, a bug shield and nitrous gas in the tires. Thanks again - I will never recommend this to another individual. If you need a car - go to a buy here / pay here for the best value for your buck. No addendum prices and smoke screens. More

I only deal with this group! They are AMAZING I have been dealing with the service department for about a year on a lemon I purchased at another Dodge dealer locally in Cartersville( which do not I have been dealing with the service department for about a year on a lemon I purchased at another Dodge dealer locally in Cartersville( which do not go there...They suck) anyway. I recently won a lemon case against Chrysler Since I had such great service with this place I decided to look and see what they had for sale. I was unsure if I even wanted to get another CDJR product but honestly I knew I would be taken care of with this place. Same day I purchased 2 2016 Jeeps. I would honestly recommend this place to anyone looking for service or sales. The GM and Finance crew along with sales bent backwards to make sure we drove out with the cars we wanted and right at where we wanted to be. I have purchased SEVERAL cars in my past and the process inst a quick 30 minute in and out and that needs to be understood. The bank asked for form after form and as long as you can get what the bank is asking for there inst an issue at all. I will continue to go here and only here for our jeep needs. More
