Best in Sales and Service I have been using this dealership since buying my first Grand Cherokee in 2004. I replaced another vehicle with a 2007 Grand Cherokee and have been ex I have been using this dealership since buying my first Grand Cherokee in 2004. I replaced another vehicle with a 2007 Grand Cherokee and have been extremely satisfied with sales and service. I recently totaled my 2007 and purchased a 2017 Cherokee Latitude 4X4 and it is a super ride and a beautiful car. I really appreciate the help of Justin - my sales rep, and the entire Service Department. The Service Department goes out of their way to make things easy on the customer and to guarantee that they will return as customers when the warranty period has expired. More

Shopping for Used Car I had been looking online for a car for my son for several weeks. I had followed up in person at a few dealerships and was very disappointed in the treatment I received. This all changed when I met with Michael Minter at University CDJR in Rome. Michael was very nice, helpful and easy to work with. In fact, the entire staff was! I was treated with courtesy and friendliness by everyone I saw there. The most Crooked dealership in Rome This is the worst dealership in Rome to purchase a vehicle , they will lie to you and steal from you too , please stay away from here if you want to b This is the worst dealership in Rome to purchase a vehicle , they will lie to you and steal from you too , please stay away from here if you want to be treated right , and it starts from the top down , and if you do buy one don't buy the extended warranty it is not worth the paper it's written on , will not cover any thing, even the parts they break . Plus if you try to cancel the warranty it takes months to try to get your money back and then they steal half of it , YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED STAY AWAY More

Wow! What service! I contacted the dealership on a Saturday evening and caught them just before they were closing up shop. I was interested in a car I found through tru I contacted the dealership on a Saturday evening and caught them just before they were closing up shop. I was interested in a car I found through truecar.com and wanted to know if it was still available. It was, and Michael Minter, the salesman, was so helpful and accommodating, he and his general manager worked out a plan to BRING THE CAR TO ME IN CHATTANOOGA on Monday! We did all the financing and paperwork over the phone, Michael was very communicative, and I was not obligated to buy the car when he arrived in Chattanooga (but I did buy it!). What a great experience. So friendly and helpful, fantastic price on the car, and made it all very easy on my end. More
