Slow Service I was there to get an oil change and have a tire noise checked out, did fine with the oil but not so good on the noise I was telling them about. I might not have made it very clear about the problem or something. I told the tech that as you drove on roads there was a low noise from the right front wheel and if you say changed lanes from inside to outside the noise got much louder. They drove the care around the lot I think in a figure eight and said no problem, I do not know if they got on the highway with the car and drove to speed and switch lanes or rocked the care left to right. Their suggestion was to rotate the tires and see if it goes away because sometimes tires will flat spot is left sitting on a rack too long. We shall see if moving the tires work or not. I*f not I will be back. More

Not good So I went on Monday 11-19 to have the oil changed, a seal belt monitor fixed, door hinges adjusted on 2 doors and to have the brakes looked at for the So I went on Monday 11-19 to have the oil changed, a seal belt monitor fixed, door hinges adjusted on 2 doors and to have the brakes looked at for the 3RD TIME that squeal terribly at times. the dealership NEVER called me! I had to call them 3 times! The first time was at about 5 on Monday...they had not even called me to update me on ANYTHING! My rep said it would be Wednesday before they checked the brakes out. Fast forward to Tuesday at noon...still not a word from anyone! I called they said no one could hear the brakes, they were gonna test drive again and call me around 2. I called them at 3:30 and told them I was on my way. They end up saying brakes squeal due to dust build up...GARBAGE! My daughter gets home in her 2016 Jeep Compass and oil is dripping terribly from what I hope is the filter! Of course they are closed on Thanksgiving which is good. However since they did not even do the oil change correctly I now have to go back on Friday morning early to hopefully get the leak fixed that they have caused! My daughter has to leave early to get back to school. It has been a mess to say the least. I just pray tomorrow is easier at this dealerships service department. Morgan my rep was very nice just not very proficient and there is lack of detail here at this service department. I rate the price 5 stars because it was free due to me buying an oil change pkg last time I went here. Nick More

An overall good experience with the service department. Michal Simmons was a most helpful service advisor. So punctual that he attempted to give me keys to the card before the service mechanic had finished Michal Simmons was a most helpful service advisor. So punctual that he attempted to give me keys to the card before the service mechanic had finished the job.. Jim Tinch, service mechanic spoke with me when he returned the key to my vehicle. The personnel in the cashier's office was most pleasant and wished me a Happy Thanksgiving. Even Michael Allen, the salesperson when I purchased the vehicle spoke with me while I was awaiting service. While I was pleased to receive an email to confirm my appointment date and time. I was disappointed that the young lady not did include her name in the email correspondence. I had no reason to be in the finance office of the dealership during this service appointment. More
