Recall for airbags and tie rod ends Morgan was excellent and courteous. He handled my concerns and answered all of questions. He checked to make sure that the parts were in stock for the recall repairs should they be needed. After getting almost home I notice that the passenger airbag cover on the dash was not installed correctly. It was only laying back in the hole and not fully snapped in. I was able to snap it back in myself and it was very difficult to do without damaging the cover. I assume this why the technician didn't snap back in due to his fear of breaking it. More
"Unable" To Diagnose A Roof Leak I took my truck in for a water leak after replacing the brake light bulb at the third brake light, above the rear window. They were reportedly unable I took my truck in for a water leak after replacing the brake light bulb at the third brake light, above the rear window. They were reportedly unable to diagnose where the water is coming from, despite there being no other holes in the roof of my truck. It was recommended that I take it elsewhere. After reading the message boards apparently this is a common issue with Dodge, Chevy and Ford trucks. They did however do a full inspection of my truck and find $1,600 worth of other work that they felt needed to be attended to. I politely explained that there was no point in doing the other work if my truck's interior is still going to get ruined, the water intrusion is the biggest and most urgent issue. They were polite, but not terribly helpful. The courtesy shuttle was a nice feature. More

Has always been good but this time not so much Took my 2011 Jeep Jk in for leaking passenger side door. First attempt and 500 dollars later door still leaks. Took Jeep back and a few days later th Took my 2011 Jeep Jk in for leaking passenger side door. First attempt and 500 dollars later door still leaks. Took Jeep back and a few days later they said it would be another 900 dollars to try some more parts; I went and got the Jeep. During this last time that they had my Jeep we had a week of steady rain so the Jeep sat outside in the rain leaking. Needless to say when I got my Jeep home I had to dry everything out because it was drenched on the inside. At home I keep my Jeep in a garage to keep it out of the rain; this leak isn’t new but I try to be careful when I do drive it to be aware of possible rain because of the leak. The new parts they put on actually seem to make the leak worse. My service guy was upfront that this could be a process to fix the leak and he’s always looked out for us the in the past so no issues with him necessarily. Talking to other Jeep owners leaks are just something to get used to; I don’t understand that. If leaks are such an issue there should a common solution. Hopefully new Mopar door seal I ordered for 100 dollars will fix door. If not fixed I’ll try somewhere or something else. More

to sorry to rate University Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Rome, Ga the service manager is a liar!! Do NOT buy from this dealership. Do NOT Have service done at this deale University Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Rome, Ga the service manager is a liar!! Do NOT buy from this dealership. Do NOT Have service done at this dealership. See below for my experience. January 30, 2019 I’ve just had the worst experience possible with customer service from UNIVERSITY CDJR in Rome GA. I would not recommend anyone buying a vehicle from them!!! Worst possible customer service ever!!! I would also NOT recommend buying a RAM truck!!!!! Unless you want a drivers side window that won’t work!!! Well documented issue since the 2016 model and still hasn’t been fixed. Of course mine broke when I was 4,000 miles outside the mileage warranty. Happens when your window freezes in very cold weather and you try to roll the window down and it comes off the track. I made the mistake of trying to get a goodwill warranty from University CDJR where my father bought the $54,000 vehicle new in 2016. They basically gave me 3 options. 1. I could pay $129 to diagnose the problem only. 2. I could pay $269 to fix the broken window that was well documented to be an issue. 3. I could pay $175 for a scheduled maintenance they claim I missed on my vehicle at 30,000 miles. They said a mandatory maintenance was to change the differential fluid at 30,000 miles. They refused to fix the problem with a goodwill warranty unless I paid them for a different service. I explained my husband had brought the vehicle in around 30,000 miles for an oil change and did not feel that the differential fluid needed to be changed at 30,000 miles. They insisted it had to be changed due to the amount of high heat that occurred in the differential. It got to over 350 degrees according to the service man and the fluid could not hold up to that high heat. Basically that was extortion. I went ahead and agreed to change the differential fluid since they said we missed a maintenance that was mandatory and that was the only way they would honor a goodwill warranty. While I was waiting, I started researching the issue. I pulled up the warranty manual and what I found was shocking. The service man, told me a BALD FACE LIE!!!! The manual did not say the differential fluid needed to be changed and it certainly wasn’t mandatory. It simply says to INSPECT the front and rear axle surfaces. IF gear oil leakage is suspected, check the fluid level. IF using your vehicle for police, taxi, fleet, off-road or frequent trailer towing, change axle fluid. Since none of those apply and he certainly never even asked if I tow anything (which I don’t). I was extorted into doing “mandatory maintenance “ that was not scheduled maintenance at all. It was only a scheme to get money from customers from University CDJR. They are telling customers this is mandatory scheduled maintenance when it’s NOT according to the manual. Now for the latest issue!!! On February 16th, 2 1/2 weeks after getting the window fixed I go to get in my truck and the friggin DOOR WON’T OPEN. I have to crawl over from the passengers side to get in my truck. Lol. What a nightmare. They obviously did something to it when they fixed the window. So, here I go back to University CDJR, exactly where I do NOT want to be ever again. They have already lied to me. Well, the service still is the worst ever!!! They charge me $142 for something they obviously caused. They CLAIM it happened when the window fell!!! NEWS FLASH!!! The window NEVER fell. It simply would not roll down but was stuck at the top. They are such idiots!!!! This came from the service manager, Scott Priest. He has no clue what he is talking about. He is obviously making up excuses to charge his customers. My daddy even bought this truck from this dealership. Imagine what would happen if you bought a truck from some other dealer. They refuse to service your truck even when you buy from them. Even when they caused the problem. The service manager, Scott Priest told me to call the Corporate office if I didn’t like what he was telling me. Lol. As if I would like being lied to!! Who would? Does he think I’m stupid? Does he think I don’t know my window didn’t fall down?!!! Maybe he didn’t know that and just made it up? So, they lied to me about mandatory maintenance of changing differential fluid at 30,000 miles. Scott Priest admitted he talked to the service person about that as well. Scott Priest, service manager lied to me about the window falling and causing my door handle to jam. What else do they lie about? Why would anyone want to buy a vehicle or have service done at University CDJR? I say BEWARE!!! More
