Service dept does not have a clue. Spent $1369 for nothing still same issue when I picked up my vehicle. Charges $211 per hour. Took my Jeep somewhere else after towing it from this dealer issue was a $15 fuel filter DO NOT TAKE Your car there for service, They lied about the parts they were supposed to replace the old parts still in the Jeep Service manager Greg has no clue as well as Mikel the service advisor Bottom line they are incompetent to work on anything Also broke oil cap off while it was there half parts were left off and put in back seat More

Incompetent dealership! WARNING!!!!! SERIOUS RISK DO BUSINESS WITH GREENWAY DEALERSHIP IN ROME!!! Recommending anyone that has had issues with this dealership to file a WARNING!!!!! SERIOUS RISK DO BUSINESS WITH GREENWAY DEALERSHIP IN ROME!!! Recommending anyone that has had issues with this dealership to file a lawsuit. IT IS THE ONLY WAY YOU WILL GET RESULTS! I am currently in the process of filing my lawsuit and can provide my lawyers name and number. Tried to be patient and expect customer service from the dealership but it's useless. GM and Service manager are very incompetent and not qualified to run dealership. ORLANDO FLORIDA CORPORATE is just as bad! Will not respond and will hide after dealership has DESTROYED your vehicle. Dealership damaged my 2018 Ram truck during just a routine oil change. Refused to fix and tried to charge me an extra $467 for their mistake! NOT SURE IF THEIR MECHANICS ARE EVEN CERTIFIED!!! IN THE PROCESS OF HAVING ALL THEIR RECORDS SUBPOENAED ALSO. Also looking into if this dealership is committing criminal activity by not completing work they say they are completing. We must work together to hold this dealership accountable. They believe they are above accountability! More
