Unhappy I have never been more disenchanted with a dealership in my life. I’ve waited to respond to this email in hopes that my “mad” would go away. This onl I have never been more disenchanted with a dealership in my life. I’ve waited to respond to this email in hopes that my “mad” would go away. This only makes it resurface. Although Morgan has a great personality, he didn’t have my best interest at heart. He had the dealerships. Let me inform you.... I have an ex-husband that has worked for a dealership for YEARS!!!! I heard all the stories of how they “stuck it” to self paying ppl. My Jeep went in for oil leaks.. over $2,400 out of my pocket to pay for those leaks. It came back to me rattling on the back side of the motor, 4 wheel drive wouldn’t engage, said the bushing from transfer cable was missing, (oddly I hasd it in 4 wheel drive the week before AND that was manipulated while dropping tranny, almost out of gas, tire sensor light on, on the dash and recall lights on dash not reset. Did I take it back and complain??? xxxx NO... that’s just me. I told Morgan that for the money I spent and was screwed out of, he could’ve at least washed the xxxx thing. I am seriously furious with the service department. Dropped the ball on this one. Totally. More

Radio/GPS GPS on my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee died. The new radio was installed without incident. Morgan was very friendly and helpful. Problem still exists I have a 2014 Ram 1500, around 60,000 miles. At one point the was a ticking noise in the engine compartment, turned out to be a common issue with head I have a 2014 Ram 1500, around 60,000 miles. At one point the was a ticking noise in the engine compartment, turned out to be a common issue with header bolts. I have to make arrangements, time off work, ect. Over the last year, I have taken the truck down three more times for another ticking issue. It's getting worse, but the mechanics say they cannot find anything. It is very frustrating, and time consuming. I would like to have this issue resolved before my powertrain expires. Please advise More
