The whole thing was told to me wrong. The car was to go in my daughter name, but that didn’t happen and she wasn’t put on there as nothing. Disappointed I had my car in for a regular service such as oil and filter change. They go through a certain check but my husband noticed several things that they I had my car in for a regular service such as oil and filter change. They go through a certain check but my husband noticed several things that they say needs to be done is not correct. The time before this oil change i ask them to change the spark plugs and they did a complete tune up that added $ to my bill. This time they rotated and balanced the tires and aligned the wheels The problem is the tires were rotated and balanced the time before I only had about 5000 miles They aligned the wheels again with only about 5000 miles. I believe they added things that did not need to be done or didn't do them right the first time They also told me my brakes need new pads the time before but I did not allow them to do that but my husband took it to another place and they said I still had about 50% left on the pads. I will most likely not go back to have service again from this dealership More
