While our salesperson (Tanner) was kind and professional I cannot stress how unprofessional the manager (Nate) was. While I was being briefed on the price breakdown I was unsatisfied about the trade in valu I cannot stress how unprofessional the manager (Nate) was. While I was being briefed on the price breakdown I was unsatisfied about the trade in value I was getting for my car and told Nate that he could do better than what I was being offered. In response, I was told that I was being “disrespectful.” During the entire exchange I never raised my voice or sounded confrontational but to be called disrespectful just because I didn’t agree with their pricing is inexcusable. If you are looking for a new Chevrolet in the Tennessee Valley I suggest taking your business anywhere but here. Will never do business with this dealership or Nate again. More

If you need a car or truck shop somewhere else They sold me a extended warranty that didn't cover nothing and on top of that when I went to cancel the extended warranty they charge me 1700 after I They sold me a extended warranty that didn't cover nothing and on top of that when I went to cancel the extended warranty they charge me 1700 after I took the truck to get it fix of the exhaust fluid header and didn't cover that so I had to pay 800 out of my pocket, when the guy sold me the warranty he said that I cut cancelled it at any time no charge and that was all lies if you don't believe it go and check it out with your own eyes. I would never do any business with them again. I will not get screwed up again by them More
