Got an email from Josh (GM) asking how he could earn my business after I did a carfax inquiry. Got Vince all the information he asked for and waited....and waited. Finally emailed Josh back and he called me....told me we were $12k apart on where I need to be. That tells me they are stealing (or trying to) trade-ins. Sure hate it b/c the RAM I was looking at was a sharp truck. Maybe some day they will figure out what it takes to sell a truck to someone who has bought one before......we don't do xx from management very well. More

No one should go through what we did! Also this is the nastiest new car dealership that I have ever stepped foot in! She did not notice that it didnt have power windows. However to her surprise the salesman informed her they had one with power windows for $2000 more. This was out of her price range. But then he tells her there's a $2000 rebate through GM. He says" this will bring the one with power windows down to the same price as the other!" She was pre-approved for a loan @ 9.5 % , but in order to do the rebate she had to finance through GM@ 12% The sales manager also told her about the rebate and how it would bring this vehicle into her range. Her salesman also told me over the phone that this rebate would make the new option the same price as the one with no power windows. We decided to purchase!! However when the final numbers were texted to me there were three additional items totaling over $2,000 that no one had told me about previously and quite frankly she did not need or want. Nitrogen, Luxecare and tinted windows.( The cars windows were not tinted) When her father called to ask to have those removed he was told absolutely not. They would only sell the car with the added items. Why on earth tell me repeatedly it would be in her price range then add $2300 worth of BS? She drove 4 hours for this and her time was wasted. I think it was shady. Her salesman was very nice however he's just the middleman. Quite honestly an extremely disappointing experience. Her 1st time buying a new car on her own. Oh then we get 2 emails asking how they can do better to win her business??? Seriously?? You had a sale!! YOU BLEW IT FOR HER AND THE SALESMAN OVER SOME SHADY TACTICS More
Bought 2020 ram is 19,000 miles on it. Within one week the rear parking centers went out the radio and now it leaks oil. Apparently it’s been hit in the back which was not disclosed to me. I was grateful for finding a new Tahoe in the service bay a week or so ago while buying a new transmission for my 2014 Silverado. Surprised to find it wasn't "spoken for" yet so after looking at it with the a week or so ago while buying a new transmission for my 2014 Silverado. Surprised to find it wasn't "spoken for" yet so after looking at it with the help of salesman Zachary Sparks, we worked a couple of days to close the deal. I am a second time owner of a Tahoe and I fully expect the same good reliability. I liked the experience at Greenway since there was no pressure on me by the sales team at Greenway. Nate (sorry, can't remember his last name) introduced himself to me as the dealership manager; seemed to be a nice guy! Worked with Josh (sorry, can't remember his last name) on the final figures and I'm appreciative of his willingness to work with me; nice guy! Don (sorry, can't remember his last name) the finance guru worked out the financing part of the deal and was pretty painless; nice guy! Last but not least, my salesman Zach; very personable young man and he has the right personality for his position. Very people oriented and he knew everything about my vehicle and explained it all. I left a garage door opener in my trade in and when I went to pick it up, he brought me a cell phone and charger cable too that I had left in the vehicle. Integrity & honesty; very encouraging!!! We ended up financing 4,000 more because he lied and did NOT send the corrected info-will not return calls or correct the problem-the tax was wrong, the finance APR was wrong so we actually pd over 31,000 for a car that was quoted on paper for 4,000 less. Even the SALES person was different-stay away from this dealer-will keep fighting to get this fixed as promised! If I knew how to contact the owner of Greenway I sure would More
