Dont trust this dealer--they lie to you My wife and I purchased a 2020 RAV4 from this dealership. At first we drove a different car than the one we ultimately purchased-The salesman assured My wife and I purchased a 2020 RAV4 from this dealership. At first we drove a different car than the one we ultimately purchased-The salesman assured us that the car we purchased had all the features of the car he first showed us with the exception of the wheels and the leather seats. I specifically asked him if the car had GPS navigation and he assured us that it did but that the lady that had to set it up was off and would not be back until the following Monday. We go back on MOnday and find out that the car DOES not have GPS--It only projects the GPS from your phone onto a screen. I showed him that I didn't have a data type phone and he said oh well--We asked to speak to the mgr or owner and were told that there was nothing they could do--we had purchased the car (2 days ago) and it was ours--These people are bald faced liars--They will lie to you in a minute. Another employee of the dealership whispered to me that this had happened before..DO NOT buy from these con artists More
