I took my vehicle in for a scheduled service oil change and I had a low tire pressure light I asked to be looked at. fri at 930am. I showed up early for the appointment. It was 1055 before someone came to advise the reason my low tire pressure light was on was due to a plug leaking. The service advisor advised it would be about 5 minutes to fix the plug and another 10 or so to wash it up. I advised the service advisor that I needed to pick my child up from school at 1115. He advised they could skip the wash and I did say no as the vehicle needed to be washed. However if that was all the better the wash going to be I just assume have done it myself. The car was hardly vacuumed. My child ended up being stuck at school and my girlfriend had to leave work to go get him. My girlfriend was in a mandatory meeting And we are hoping she doesn't get in trouble. The service was terrible and I've never been somewhere that took 2 hours to complete an oil change. And I was even early to the appointment. The service advisor never introduced himself and he had a could careless attitude. When I walked away and looked over my shoulder I could see why. He was on facebook and apparently it was more important than I was at that point. When I was called up to pick up my vehicle I was told it was done. And handed paperwork and told to go the cashier. I has no idea where it was And had to ask. When I got out to pick up my vehicle I was told it was ready it was still on the rack hadn't even been washed yet. I have never had such terrible service. I scheduled the service appointment early as it was a half day of school and we had planned to pack a lunch and pick up my girlfriend and take the kids to the park. Instead my girlfriend had to leave work using her lunch hour to up our son as our vehicle wasn't done yet. Try explaining that to the kids. Instead I was trying to wipe away the tears as I broke their heart since we couldn't have lunch together. I am truly disappointed. More

I went to Greenville Toyota to get my first complimentary oil change for my new 2012 Toyota Camry. While waiting for the oil to be changed (which did not take long) I wandered outside to take a look at the 2 oil change for my new 2012 Toyota Camry. While waiting for the oil to be changed (which did not take long) I wandered outside to take a look at the 2013 Toyota Highlanders. I liked my Camry but the Highlander has been my dream car for a while. I ran into the salesperson who sold me the Camry and explained to him that I recently got a new job/better pay and was interested in the Highlander. From there everything thing went smoothly. He got me into the Highlander I wanted with the price I wanted. More

I purchased a new Toyota Tacoma on 3/3/2012. As of this date, I have had my NEW vehicle for 7 months and it has been to back to Service repeatedly. The vehicle has never driven properly. At first I gave it date, I have had my NEW vehicle for 7 months and it has been to back to Service repeatedly. The vehicle has never driven properly. At first I gave it the benefit of a doubt, since I went from a Challenger to a truck, I thought it was just me adjusting from driving a sports car. But a few weeks in, I drove it on the highway. I discovered that not only did it feel like all of the tires were out of balance, but the steering wheel shook horribly when I reached about 55mph. This is a NEW truck. This is either the worst driving vehicle I have ever owned or something is wrong. So I took it to Service the first time. They balanced all 4 tires. It didn't fix the problem. So I took it back again a 2nd time. They did a Road Force balance. That didn't fix it. I dropped by on a Monday afternoon and spoke to Clint. He said that they needed to measure all of the tires and rims and that they would need it for a full day. So I dropped it off Wednesday morning for the 3rd time. Over the next few days all they could tell me was they were "trying everything Tech Support told them to no avail". Friday afternoon, Clint calls and says a tire was out of round and that they were replacing all 4 tires with better ones. A) I was told that measuring was one of the first things they were going to do. Why did it take 2.5 days to do it? B) I asked Clint if they were SURE it was a problem with the tires and not a structural problem with the truck. YES, he answered with confidence. He claims to have drivin it, along with Craig. And both claimed there was no issue. I picked up my truck on Tuesday. It was still having the same problems as before. So I returned to Service for the 4th time and rode with Clint since the problem magically appeared again between the time he drove it and the time I picked it up from the dealership. Clint called a regional representative to see if they would come look at the truck. I have yet to be informed of IF that will happen, when it will happen, or if they will even have the ability to fix my new vehicle. To date, I am the owner of a defective NEW Toyota Tacoma and have ZERO confidence in my Toyota, in Greenville Toyota, or the ability of the technicians in the service department to effectively troubleshoot and repair issues.
