I agree in that is to long to have you guys to wait for an oil change when you had an appt. We are going to make some adjustments on our end, particularly on Saturdays, to try an avoid this type of issue in the future. While we certainly are not perfect we do strive for 110% customer satisfaction. If there is anything that I can do on my end or if you would like to deal directly with me when it's time to make an appt. However when I was told my vehicle was ready and went to the cashier and checked out I went to retrieve my vehicle however it was still on the rack and had to be washed and vacuumed. Stephanie, we have done everything in our power to try and assist you with this. When I drove your truck I truly couldn't feel what you were feeling but that didn't stop us from trying to help. After all, it's you that needs to be happy with how your truck drives. We ran your concern up the ladder with Toyota as high as we could. Toyota gives us there tech support to help with things like this and we have done everything they have advised us to do for you. We as a dealership don't have the ability to just take the truck back and replace it with another one. I don't have an experience with that happening on Toyota's end, though it's something to possibly explore. They as a manufacturer have the final word. I hate that your are soured with us as a dealership, but it wasn't from lack of effort I assure you. I hope that you find some resolve with this. If you would consider trading it out on something else I would be happy to work for free on anything that you might consider, Just a thought, I'm not on here trying to make a sale, just to respond to your concern.
