I went to the dealership for general maintenance, oil change, tire rotation. When I was given the paperwork to be seated, they told me that they would call my name when it was completed and it would be d change, tire rotation. When I was given the paperwork to be seated, they told me that they would call my name when it was completed and it would be done shortly, that was at 4:00 pm. While I was waiting, they were setting up for some kind of event and I was feeling very uncomfortable, as if I were intruding. They even began taking up chairs out of the waiting area and setting out pizzas. At 5:40 pm, as the service dept was closing at 6:00, the only remaining customer other than myself prompted me on how long I had been waiting and I told him almost 2 hours. He then suggested I go to maybe the billing department where you would pick up your paper work to check and see what was going on. When I asked, the lady told me that my car was indeed ready, I told her I had been waiting since 4:00 pm and she simply, said "Oh". I then asked how long my car had been ready, and she responded that she didn't know. Also, while walking to my car I nearly fell because they had sprayed water on the ground in the covered area where my car was. Had I not been a limber, young person, I could have easily fell. I felt like they didn't care about me because the work they were performing was free of charge, non-billable. I will not be buying another vehicle from this dealership as all of my encounters with them have been less than pleasant. More
On June 12, 2013 I was in need of a new vehicle and wasn't sure I could qualify for a loan. On my way to Greenville to run some errands I stopped in at Greenville Toyota and was met outside by Jerome C wasn't sure I could qualify for a loan. On my way to Greenville to run some errands I stopped in at Greenville Toyota and was met outside by Jerome Cox who offered his assistance. I explained to him what I was interested in and followed him inside where he began to record all the necessary information. A few minutes later he was taking me for a test drive and after selecting the vehicle I was interested in went back inside to finish the paper work. Within 1 1/2 hours I drove away in a 2013 Toyota Corolla. Mr. Cox was very professional , courteous and helpful during the entire transaction. I never thought it would be this simple to purchase a new vehicle. My hat's off to Jerome Cox and staff of Greenville Toyota for making this a very pleasant and satisfying experience. I highly recommend Greenville Toyota to anyone considering the purchase of a new vehicle. More

We were greeted by Mr. Jacobs at the door and then, upon knowing the reason for our visit (new car purchase), inquired about the type(s) of Toyotas we were considering and the colors of our choice. He then promptly proceeded to show the vehicles on the lot and invited us to check out the interiors, pointed out their details, and offered the cars for road test. Since we wanted to think over the choices, Mr. Jacobs was willing to wait and the next day gave us the car for another road test. His friendly and outgoing demeanor, without being too aggrerssive, made this experience a pleasant one and him being easy to talk to.
