Let me apologize for your experience first and foremost. The customer who owned the Volvo traded it with us and signed the damage disclosure saying that the car had NOT had any damage exceeding the 25% threshold. When we checked the carfax(as we always do) it also confirmed no damage reported. The title to the car was also clear. In a perfect world we as a group could catch everything, in this case there was no red flag anywhere for us to know anything was wrong with the car. We want the person who was dishonest with us to be held accountable. We have been in touch with our attorneys to hold the previous owner responsible for mis-representing the car. We have also wholesaled the Volvo with the proper damage disclosure. It is not something we feel comfortable, nor have we ever to sell on the lot to a customer. Though we were just as surprised to hear of this as you, I apologize again for you having to be involved. If there is ever anything I can do for you please let me know. Craig Goess Jr.
