We bought a Toyota truck from Ricky in December and let him know that we would eventually be in the market to upgrade our older Lexus SUV that has been serviced at this dealership for many years. Ricky kept an eye out for us and spoke to us on visits when we were in to have our vehicles serviced. Last Thursday, Ricky and my husband talked during a routine oil change on the truck and Ricky had just what we were looking for to replace our dated SUV....same model just 7 years newer! My husband worked with Ricky on Thursday afternoon and on Friday, I drove away with my new (used) Lexus SUV that is just perfect for me. Ricky is a jewel. The one-on-one interaction with your salesman is comparable to shopping for a vehicle with a friend. The staff here is professional yet friendly and will do almost anything to help you out. When I called to inquire if the vehicle was still available, I was greeted on the phone by Ricky Atencia, one of the salesman. I told him I was coming from a distance of over 150 miles so I wanted to make sure this specific vehicle was still available. He politely put me on hold and made sure that the vehicle was indeed still there. When I got to the dealership he greeted me outside with the car I had inquired about. From the time I got to the dealership, everyone had time for my questions and Ricky was very knowledgeable about the vehicle which was a 2011 FJ Cruiser Trail Teams Edition. The test drive was very pleasant and Ricky explained all the finer aspects of the vehicle. The lending process was trouble free, the car was detailed beautifully and was ready to go when all the paperwork was done. I had rented a car from Enterprise to drive down in case I did buy the vehicle so I could take the FJ Cruiser home with me, ( did not have anyone to come with me that day as everyone had to work and I found the car late at night on the internet) Ricky took me to Enterprise to drop the rental off so my worries about that were taken care of. I would recommend this dealership, it's sales staff, Ricky, the lending officer, I apologize I do not remember his name , but he was great. ( if I find out what it is I will amend this posting). My daughter will be in the market for a new car later on this year and we will use this dealership and Ricky as a salesman when the time comes. Mike Moffit and his team were awesome. They got me out of my upside down car and got me in a brand new Camry. I've never had a new car before and did not dream I was going to leave with one when I went, but my upside down car and got me in a brand new Camry. Todd and his associates worked very hard to make this deal happen. All were extremely helpful and coureous. Gary was very personable and friendly. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle; he reviewed all of the features, made sure I knew where they were and was comfortable with using them. Jerome was great to work with. I usually don't like going to dealerships because I feel they pressure one to buy that day. I did not get this from Jerome. I was pleasently suprised. I went to the dealership for general maintenance, oil change, tire rotation. When I was given the paperwork to be seated, they told me that they would call my name when it was completed and it would be d change, tire rotation. When I was given the paperwork to be seated, they told me that they would call my name when it was completed and it would be done shortly, that was at 4:00 pm. While I was waiting, they were setting up for some kind of event and I was feeling very uncomfortable, as if I were intruding. They even began taking up chairs out of the waiting area and setting out pizzas. At 5:40 pm, as the service dept was closing at 6:00, the only remaining customer other than myself prompted me on how long I had been waiting and I told him almost 2 hours. He then suggested I go to maybe the billing department where you would pick up your paper work to check and see what was going on. When I asked, the lady told me that my car was indeed ready, I told her I had been waiting since 4:00 pm and she simply, said "Oh". I then asked how long my car had been ready, and she responded that she didn't know. Also, while walking to my car I nearly fell because they had sprayed water on the ground in the covered area where my car was. Had I not been a limber, young person, I could have easily fell. I felt like they didn't care about me because the work they were performing was free of charge, non-billable. I will not be buying another vehicle from this dealership as all of my encounters with them have been less than pleasant. More
