My review is based on my sales experience with Ricky Atencia. I had never met Ricky prior to going to the dealership. Within a few minutes of talking to Ricky, I knew I wanted to deal with him. He was very helpful, courteous, and I felt like he was interested in me as a customer. He was not pushy and although I knew he wanted to make a sale, he did not rush to do so. We even test drove the vehicle to where my wife worked so she could see it. She also commented to me on how nice Ricky was. I chose Greenville Toyota for the lifetime maintenance - love this service (oil change, tire rotation and car wash = free for life of vehicle). Gary listened to what we wanted and didn't try to force us into something just for the sell. We went in thinking we couldn't get what we wanted without having to order it, but he patiently spent time force us into something just for the sell. We recently traded our 2010 Prius for a 2013 because of accumulating mileage. Making a decision about trading resulted from a call from Ed Gossnell (sp? - sorry Ed) telling us about the 0% interest rate a accumulating mileage. Making a decision about trading resulted from a call from Ed Gossnell (sp? - sorry Ed) telling us about the 0% interest rate and a possible lower monthly payment. We probably would not have traded had he not taken the initiative to call us with that information prompting our thinking about the possibility. Ed was the perfect salesman for us - no high pressure to make a decision and adaptable to our schedule.
