I purchased a 2014 Tundra CrewMax today from Craig Goess, Sr. of Greenville Toyota. It was my 6th vehicle that I have purchased from Mr. Goess and as always, he made my buying experience a very quick, easy Sr. of Greenville Toyota. He and his sales, finance and service staff are by far the best in the business. I dropped by just looking and talked with Byron Tyson about a highlander. He immediately answered all my questions, told me that vehicle could be purchased for 0% interest for 5 years and that got my att about a highlander. Compared to the experience the day before Mr. Moffitt went above and beyond our expectations of a salesman. Mr. Moffitt continued to provide support on the Toyota product that we purchased even after the sale was complete. He took the time to show us how to work all the new electronic functions in the vehicle, and he even took the time to sync my phone to the vehicle. Gary Purvis was very professional, friendly and courteous. Greenville Toyota is approx. 1 hour from where I live and Gary Purvis live near the same areas as I do. Bought a new Toyota Corolla today from Greenville Toyota in Greenville, NC. As soon as we walked through the door a week ago we were met by a friendly receptionist and our future salesman Ed Gosnell. Ed treated us like we were royalty from the minute he shook our hands. We never felt pressured to do something we didn't want to and we never felt like we were a bother even though we combed over the vehicles and test drove a good number of them. Ed told us about Toyota's Lifetime Free Routine Maintenance program, and that's when we knew we had found a dealership that would treat us right. When we went back today Ed spent the whole day (almost literally) with us and helped us reach an incredible deal on our new vehicle. He acted as a liaison between us and the general manager Craig Goess Jr. and the deal we worked out was beneficial to both us and the dealership. Craig was just as accommodating as Ed was and also went out of his way to make us feel special throughout the negotiating process. Greenville Toyota is one of those dealerships that makes you feel like you're the only customer that is important to them and the only one worth their time working with (obviously not true, but nonetheless you will feel like royalty here). In a few years it will be time for another new vehicle and the first (and probably the final) place we will visit is going to be Greenville Toyota. Ed will of course be our salesman, and if management is part of the negotiating again we won't see anyone but Craig. We highly recommend this dealership, and these two stellar members of the sales team, if you are in the market for a new vehicle. More

My review is based on my sales experience with Ricky Atencia. I had never met Ricky prior to going to the dealership. Within a few minutes of talking to Ricky, I knew I wanted to deal with him. He was very helpful, courteous, and I felt like he was interested in me as a customer. He was not pushy and although I knew he wanted to make a sale, he did not rush to do so. We even test drove the vehicle to where my wife worked so she could see it. She also commented to me on how nice Ricky was.
