Great customer service and our sales person , Ricky, was very helpful and professional. We bought new car and there were no high pressure games. Love the perk of free oil changes and tire rotation for life. very helpful and professional. We bought new car and there were no high pressure games. Love the perk of free oil changes and tire rotation for life. Usually don’t purchase extended warranties but did because great price to extend it to a ten year bumper to bumper warranty. With todays electronics it offers comforting piece of mind. More

I worked with Richard I’m purchasing at 2025 Toyota Camry, and he was fantastic. I came on the line. Just wanted to look at a couple vehicles didn’t wanna be with the wholesales process. I’m not a fan Camry, and he was fantastic. I came on the line. Just wanted to look at a couple vehicles didn’t wanna be with the wholesales process. I’m not a fan of high sales or keeping me at the dealership for hours and hours so when I looked at the car, we went for a drive came back and I told him I don’t wanna go over Price, sit down and write up your best offer and I’ll let you know if it’s acceptable and told me what his terms were agreeable to accept back to those and picked up the . No hassel or xx. He respected my need to not feel pressure waste my time sitting at the dealership.. I didn’t work with anybody else not the managers or the finance department during this process to deal with when I came to pick up the car I did for finance person telling me that there’s a property tax in North Carolina. I would’ve been surprised by that. Bill told me and I appreciate him telling me before I signed the papers all excellent company to work with. I will buy my next car from them, Donnell Austin More

Ricky helped me secure a vehicle at the dealership from out of state. He was very helpful and made the process so smooth and efficient. When I flew in, the remaining paperwork took less than an hour. He worked with us from a distance on a very specific vehicle that we wanted (that is hard to find) constantly sending pictures and any requested information. He stayed late on Saturday to let us test drive and even got us purchase paperwork done in the last few closing moments. It came time to pay for the vehicle and my husband was ready to wire the money, but our salesman didn't have wire instructions and it was too late to get them, I guess. So, our salesman told us that we could just close the deal on Monday. Everything is going perfect! On Monday, our salesperson sends us the papers to sign and we send them back and the last thing I hear from him is that everything is "good" in his words. I think nothing more of it as it's a Monday and I'm swamped at work. That's where the five stars end. I have a missed call Tuesday morning from Toyota and I'm sure they are just calling to finalize things so we can go get the car. Oh no - imagine my surprise when they say the vehicle was "mistakenly sold" to somebody else Monday night!!! How does this even happen?? Our salesperson didn't even know about this. I spend most of the day trying to return the missed call of the GM who never does answer my call. But in the midst of being on hold for the GM, some sales manager ends up picking up the call. He was one of the absolute rudest people I have ever dealt with. He proudly and rudely tells me he sold that vehicle and there's nothing to talk about. I remind him I was actually waiting to talk to the GM. He continues to be loud and abrasive. He tells me that I never had the money to pay for the car (which I reminded him that we were ready to wire the funds and it was his dealership that could not receive our funds for whatever reason). He gets louder and angrier and asks if I ever worked in sales (which I told him I have) and asks how I would handle the situation (which I tell him how I have handled that exact situation before). And you guessed it - he just gets louder and angrier. It's obviously a guilty conscience at this point. I then ask him what time he sold this vehicle and he tells me 6:00. We sent our paperwork in that morning. Of course, this manager hangs up on me as his final show of unprofessional and immature ways. So, he sells this vehicle 6-7 hours AFTER we had already signed papers! And our salesperson had already left for the day so he - a MANAGER - goes behind his salesperson's back after he left, voids all his work, and just sends this vehicle out the door without telling anyone! Tuesday morning the salesperson comes in to find the vehicle is gone?? How in God's name is somebody this unprofessional, rude, and immature in management?? I have spoken to a LOT of people in my years in business and have never been talked to so rudely and unprofessionally as this manager. He was like toddler tantrums all over again. Needless to say, we did not and will not purchase a vehicle from this place. It's a shame because their staff are all great, their management is awful. How does a manager do that to his salesperson? He just basically stole money straight from his salesperson. What kind of leader does that? And I have left multiple messages for the GM but have not heard back from him either. This place has so much capability to be amazing if they just had some good leadership. You might be OK to buy from here if you had cash in hand. But if you are wiring money or getting a loan - forget about it. This manager will make sure that doesn't happen. Take your business to Goldsboro, Jacksonville, Rocky Mount, Raleigh or anywhere with different management! My heart still hurts for our salesperson who worked so hard for us only to be completely dumped on by his manager. More
