Love my new 2017 Toyota Highlander! My husband had made contact through True Car to One of the Internet contacts, Lori Rizek, she referred him to Ed Gosnell who was outstanding! When we arrived Ed was waiting for us and immediately brought us inside the dealership to meet DJ. We then too a 2016 Highlander for a short test drive. We then went back inside to talk about the 2016 & a 2017 LE plus Highlander. Ed and DJ were able to come up with a figure for the new 2017 Highlander LE Plus that met our needs! We are so thankful to them for helping us select the perfect car for us! We will definitely make any referrals for friends/family looking for a vehicle. More

Impeccable experience - Craig Jr really is an all-star. Drove 130 miles from Raleigh to buy the exact Lexus I was seeking. Told the dealership that I had a tight window to get there and back for a business Drove 130 miles from Raleigh to buy the exact Lexus I was seeking. Everything was ready to go when I got there and soup to nuts I was done in 50 minutes ... from a scratch start. Vehicle, though 1 year old, was in pristine condition and the few minor issues I did see (ex: small scuffs on leather, missing second key fob) Craig Jr had handled in short order. Very professional demeanor and one can quickly see that he runs a tight ship as General Manager of the dealership. And I'd be remiss to not mention that Craig made me a killer deal that beat the pants off of all other dealerships in the state.
