When we arrived Ed was waiting for us and immediately brought us inside the dealership to meet DJ. We then too a 2016 Highlander for a short test drive. We then went back inside to talk about the 2016 & a 2017 LE plus Highlander. Ed and DJ were able to come up with a figure for the new 2017 Highlander LE Plus that met our needs! Impeccable experience - Craig Jr really is an all-star. Drove 130 miles from Raleigh to buy the exact Lexus I was seeking. Told the dealership that I had a tight window to get there and back for a business Drove 130 miles from Raleigh to buy the exact Lexus I was seeking. Everything was ready to go when I got there and soup to nuts I was done in 50 minutes ... from a scratch start. Vehicle, though 1 year old, was in pristine condition and the few minor issues I did see (ex: small scuffs on leather, missing second key fob) Craig Jr had handled in short order. Very professional demeanor and one can quickly see that he runs a tight ship as General Manager of the dealership. And I'd be remiss to not mention that Craig made me a killer deal that beat the pants off of all other dealerships in the state.
